Hi I'm new to penny stocks and have a few questions, I use etrade and on some stocks it doesn't show the bid/ask it only has last closing price why is that? Also am I supposed to use the all or none option when buying and selling or not. Thanks for your time.

The stock you are trying to get a quote for is probably a Pink Sheet. Many quote feeds don't supply bid and ask for them.

I only use the all or none option for trades. Unless you want to pay multiple trade commisions for fills you might want to do the same.

Also you should post your questions under the questions forum.
