I trade out of an Internet Cafe because they have fast internet.. most I can get at home is about 48kbs and we have to pay for local calls here. As far as interent cards go... well if they are anything like they are here they are like the 'international calling cards' ... you just dial up or whatnot with their registration number and then punch in the card number and your account is paid for the amount that you bought.. after that all is normal.
If you're talking about lap top and being out of the house.. I assume you mean some type of sattelite internet which I know nothing about... I wouldnt that that would be possible unless they had some type of minature dish you could cart around with you.
You're probably better off going to an internet cafe.. at least you dont need to go through any hassles when you need coffee or beer.
