Let's say i have real time quotes but the last trade they gave me was like 40 minutes ago. Does that mean that that stock hasn;t been traded at all for 40 minutes?

For example, it happens on the pennies a lot, Trby or advk will go unchanged for like 30 minutes even tho I have real time.

Also why are the Bid and ask prices not shown for advk or motd and other pink sheets? is that how pink sheets work? I get bid and ask on BB but not Pink sheets.

It means that it has not traded within your quote suppliers networked exchanges.

Your quote supplier does not have the pink sheet quotes enabled.
