If a stock's price raised 40-50% on a news release that was about an upcoming event, then logic would dictate that when the event occurred, the price would jump even more. My question is: Does that logic really apply?
Example: ADVK has a website going online soon. They issued a press release stating that the site would be going into service in 3/04. Stock price doubled briefly that day and then have been up and down since. When that site goes online in March, would the price go up significantly? More of an opinion question as I know that many factors apply. Thanks for your time.

Cooooooool, kinda what I was hoping to hear! I've seen that their site is up, although not yet functional, and it seems like a good deal for their demographic but I don't know their plan to market this service yet. Also, like most pennies....bad financials. Guess that's what makes this so much fun.
Thanks Bob
