If I place a limit order when buying stock or when I want to sell, does it ever expire? How long are they good for?

MEUA A limit order with no further information will expire End of Day If you want it to go longer GoodTillCancelled (INDUSTRY) means until "you" cancel. AMERITRADE means good till end of next month. VAN
