VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Market wire - Sept. 12, 2011) - Victory Ventures Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: VVN) is pleased to announce that it has retained a European agent to facilitate a listing of its common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. No additional shares will be issued.
