The Company owns, operates, develops, manages and invests in hotels and gaming facilities throughout Central America. The Company also owns and operates two online gaming properties www.bet.cr and www.sportsbook.cr these two properties will not conduct any business activities in the United States or any other local where online gaming is illegal.
