you might want to look into VPSN. I know it's at .0001 and the last float I saw was for 60 million but that was in 2007. I don't know about their debt.

CBCI - 27m O/S. Currently 0015. Company hasn't done anything in years, doubt they are even around.

Looks like 80m A/S with $2,891,477 liabilities. All these numbers are as of 2002, so I'm sure the liabilities have changed since then.

Got an article that shows 22m O/S and 12.9m Float. The O/S increased 5m, so at most, 17.9m Float

Sounds like some of those companies are a great buy because of the cheap price and low share count. What I learned a while back about those is you can buy, but you just cant sell. You wont ever get your order filled!
