CEO Richard Surber stated his belief that, "The increase in revenues for the month of August at our flagship location confirms that sales are trending up for our Landis Lifestyle Salon."
Nexia's flagship location at 1298 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, Utah reported revenues of $180,655 for the month of August 2009 compared to $155,939 and $170,606 for the comparable periods in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Our revenues showed an increase of 16% in 2009 over 2008. Mr. Surber noted, "August sales in 2009 are the highest in the history of the salon. This achievement in light of the recession is commendable. So far, our gross revenues for our flagship location in September of this year are showing gains over September 2008."
Mr. Surber further noted, "We have hired on several new staff members at our Bountiful location and have completed a direct piece marketing mailer to recapture customers that we have not seen for a few months. I expect to see positive results in the month of October from the marketing and staffing efforts."

6.5 million and holding strong. I talked to mr. surber and he assured me no reverse split. Has potential endorsment person for upcoming commercial. Is also in process of filing quarter report as well as end of year financials. Hopefully when the q & end of year are filed, some movement. HOLD BE PATIENT IT'S COMING ALL TOGETHER. Nexia Signs Three Letters of Intent to Acquire Residential Propertiesin Ogden, Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, Nov 10, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD) reported that it has signed three letters of intent to acquire three residential properties located in the Ogden, Utah area. The purchase prices for the properties are as follows: $95,000, $125,000, and $170,000; the first two are single family residences and the last property is a triplex. Total compensation in the form of 92,800 restricted shares of Series C Preferred Stock of Nexia would be issued to the sellers upon the closing of the final purchase of the properties according to the terms of the letters of intent.
These agreements are part of Nexia Holdings' real estate acquisition program and show the promise of the program even during the current downturn in the overall real estate market. Nexia's President, Richard Surber, stated, "I am hopeful that we can get back to growing this program and developing these properties into income sources for Nexia's real estate operations over the next 12 to 14 months."

Sounds to me like the sellers get $9.28(92,800*.0001) worth of stock for these 3 properties valued at $390,000.

Beerlady, don't know how to send you a private message. This is brokes. Wanted u to get into HESG when at .0001 but didn't want to post because I thought it was a P&D. I did get in though and held through all the flippers until it finally MOOVED. Just a list of what I am looking at right now.
