Delta Mining and Exploration Working to Upgrade Status on Pinksheets.com
NEW YORK, NY, Sep 02, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Delta Mining & Exploration (PINKSHEETS: DMXC) is pleased to announce that it is in the process of updating and submitting its financials to Pinksheets.com -- a leading financial website that among other things, disseminates and filters public information for companies listed on the Bulletin Board and Pinksheet exchanges.
Once Pinksheets.com receives the financials along with an application and the standard fee, it will upgrade Delta's status and list the new company filings on its website, http://www.pinksheets.com. Currently, the website has filings listed as of late last year; Delta will be providing financials for the year 2009.
Now that Delta Mining has a Letter of Intent signed and is in the process of moving forward with its due diligence of the Delcer Buttes property, management decided to take this necessary step and be as transparent as possible with everything that the company is doing.
About Delta Mining and Exploration Corp., http://www.deltamine.com: Delta is a mineral exploration company with an extensive portfolio of diamond properties in central Montana, USA.
