LOS ANGELES, Aug. 20, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com) (OTCBB:UNDT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and other infectious health threats and provider of counter-terrorism consulting and training services, announced yesterday that it has signed a distribution agreement with Strategic Response Initiatives, a New York based defense firm specializing in all phases of emergency preparedness planning for a wide range of defense, public and private sector organizations.
Under the new agreement, Strategic Response Initiatives will market and distribute Universal Detection Technology's Bio-Weapons Detection Systems to a wide range of accounts, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, New York and New Jersey state governments and various private defense contractors. SRI will also be submitting Universal Detection Technology's equipment to the Guardian Installation Protection Program and to Hazardous Incident Response Equipment.

The DOC will provide an International Partner Search for UNDT. As part of the agreement, the DOC will provide the Company with information on pre-screened potential agents, distributors and partners to help explore market potential and begin to establish relationships in the United Kingdom.

LOS ANGELES, Sep 09, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com)(OTCBB: UNDT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies and counter-terrorism training programs to protect people from bioterrorism and other infectious health threats, announced today that it had received a contract from the Aerospace Data Facility-East, a part of the Department of Defense's National Reconnaissance Office. The contract includes equipment for the detection of harmful bio-agents, including anthrax, ricin and botulinum toxins.

The contract also calls for UNDT to provide training equipment that allows users to become familiar with the test procedures without becoming exposed to any hazardous substances.
A DoD agency, the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is part of the 16-member Intelligent Community, and is charged with building and operating the nation's reconnaissance satellites. this stock seems to always run in the morning after news and then come down buy close
so basically IMO with this stock wait for it to drop to about the .0033-.004 range and then hold for the pop to about the .007-.008 range and then sell.
If it ever passes .01 then it might be time to accumulate
