Something big is up here - first volume in 3 months and up huge. Float is only 22 million and 7 million traded today. Pinksheets.com was recently updated confirming float and O/S shares.
Rumors of multiple PR's and uplisting soon - price is only .0036 with a 22 mil. float. Looking for .05+.

CDIV's 2.7M in asset value makes .014 pps fair value based on 2.7M in assets and that is without a multiple. So .03-05 is not out of the question. Add on share buyback and an eventual increase in assets in 09 due to the likely stabilization of real estate and you can see how easily these number can be reached!

Man, CDIV is ON FIRE! Just this week, I bought 436,143 shares of CDIV at an average price of $.0026 and now the share price is $.0045 per share. I've ALREADY netted $790!

What a day! It broke my heart when it went down to .0025. I'm glad to see that it rebounded and finished at .0037. Trading volume for CDIV has been down a bit in the past couple days, though.

I think that they just need to do a better job educating the investors about their organization. I had never heard of the stock until this thread was started. The financials looked stable and they are expanding their operations on the west coast which indicates good financial ratios to get financing. I really think that this is a good play...I could see about .03-.05 by the end of summer.

Wow, I guess I missed this in my portfolio earlier. They had a 108% gain today, I am not surprised becasue this company is pretty strong. There in the right part of the county for their industry. They just need to get a better investor relations firm to get some information out to the public. The market is turning and there is money to be profited.

Here is the press release, I have been in on this stock since .002 and own thousands of shares. Honestly, I had giving up on any major moves until the fall of this year but this really surprised me. This stock has a lot of potential, if you are in for the long run it could be a future stock worth a dollar or more in a year. For the shorts, you are looking at potentially .02-.06 by the forth of July, the float is just so low for this type of stock. WOW up 130% today, whoever has the money and have not gotten any shares is a dummy. It had a 3cents increase today alone. I am glad I got thousands of shares for just .0046 per share and held on to them. I am hearing that the web site majority purchase has so much potential that the stock is expeted to be at $1 by the end of the July.

good luck guys.....I bought some after the run started.
I can't really watch all day so I have to use the limits to execute orders a lot of the time when I can't watch what is happening. Made 65% could have been a lot more I think.....but a profit is a ......

Glad some of you got in - knew this one was going to be special. Now that the float is locked up and company and longs are not selling - it could hit .50+ easy. So much more coming here - just hold and add and prosper.
