Caught this on O T C R E P O R T E R . C O M several days ago. Has moved from .005 last week to .012. Up another 50% today. They had MEDT which moved up 170% in three trading days. Could be another hot one for them .... jmho

As of 9:41 AM ET 8/28/08 Good Life China Corporation (Pink Sheets GLCC) www.goodlifechina.com is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a second Chinese based company of similar size and financial stature to Good Life's current operations. The company is in the agriculture business, with revenues in the 5-6 million dollar range and assets of about 10-14 million dollars. The purchase price consists of cash and restricted stock.
The parties are beginning the due diligence process which they expect to complete within the next 60-90 days.
Based on a successful acquisition, GLCC will be looking at the option of uplifting itself and or the targeted acquisition Company to the OTCBB, in line with previous announcements and filings made by the Company. This will require auditing of the respective financial statements of the two companies, and a thorough review of other disclosure requirements including compliance with some aspects of Sorbanes Oxley.
Additional announcements will be made as the negotiations move forward, either through news worthy updates or update notices filings on Pink Sheets.

Good life China (GLCC) Closes Acquisition of "The People Home" Chain

BEIJING, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Good Life China Corporation www.goodlifechina.com (GLCC) is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Shijiazhuang based "The People Home" (TPH) chain of 625 stores has been successfully closed.
The acquisition is a very significant one, from both a top-line revenue point of view, and in terms of achieving ever-growing economies of scale on the logistics side of the retail business - which is the core focus of Good Life's business model. Additionally, the acquisition significantly expands Good Life's retail level footprint in China, and may signal the first signs of consolidation of retailers in rural areas of China.
TPH has a total of over 600 stores, carrying a variety of low-cost consumer products. With the addition of TPH, Good Life now boasts a total of over 3,300 stores.
The addition of TPH also broadens the number of suppliers that will be tied in to Good Life's advanced warehousing and logistics capabilities. Expanding the supplier side of the retail distribution channel is as important to Good Life as the expansion of its retail locations - as the Company generates revenues from both sides of the retail equation.

Good Life China (GLCC) Receives Financial Grant from Shijiazhuang Government

BEIJING, Nov. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Good Life China Corporation www.goodlifechina.com (GLCC) is pleased to announce that it has obtained a subsidy from the Shijiazhuang Commercial Bureau in connection with the Chinese Ministry of Commerce's "Market Project of Thousands of Villages and Townships," originally launched in 2005.
In order to commend Haorizi for its outstanding achievements in developing countryside stores in the Shijiazhuang district, the Shijiazhuang Commercial Bureau provided a financial grant to the company of RMB 120,000 yuan (Approximately $7,500USD). This brings the total subsidies obtained from government sources by the Company to nearly RMB 3.5 million yuan (over $500,000 USD) since the program's inception in 2005.

Good Life China (GLCC) Reports on Successful Meetings with Hebei Supply and Marketing Cooperatives

BEIJING, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Good Life China Corporation www.goodlifechina.com (GLCC) today, after the market closed announced that it received unprecedented support in meeting with the Hebei Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.
As the largest cooperative economic organization in the province, Hebei Supply and Marketing Cooperatives owns 11 city-level cooperatives, 152 county-level cooperatives, 1,512 primary supply and marketing cooperatives and more than 30,000 operation locations. Its distribution centers are spread throughout all cities and counties in the province and its total assets are more than RMB 29 billion yuan ($4.2 billion USD).
