Hey Jonus where did you see that A/S at? I saw 370,859 O/S Apr 14, 2008 that was the most recent I could find. The registrant is authorized to issue 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock that is from the S-8. That S-8 was for 195mill but looking at the high volume recently I would say the dilution should be just about dried up and this could see a bounce.

**** MODI used to be ONGO, a huge dilutor with R/S every four months. No run before or after R/S. The chance of a bounce is almost 0, based on the history of this stock. ONGO never got a good run, only small pops of 20% to trap investors. I knew ONGO well, because many members got sucked by their great 10Qs, they reduced debt by selling shares. If you play bottom bounce, check with the history of R/S from pink sheets dot com will improve your odds of winning. Good luck.

0.0004 Thanks, Jonus, for confirming the OS. Since the OS is small and the pps has jumped up from 0.0003 to 0.0004, the MMs may let her have a predilution run. Another indicator is that MODI got a huge volume today. I corrected my previous opinion based on new facts. Do your own DD and play your own game.

I filled this turd pie at .0002- it was an old GTC order I had place before 5/29, hoping to take advantage of the pre-dividend run that never happened.
Looks like it could pop a little, but I'm not couting on it per se.

Great job, Bilgert. It just got an uptick. I expect it to have a good predilution run to 0.003 when a right PR comes out. The market cap of 60 K$ is just too low for a company with 22 M$ ann rev. QMNM, with twice as many OS as MODI, does not have rev yet , and it ran from 0.0006 to 0.015. Don't underestimate the MMs' a bility to control the pps of all OTC stocks. All otc stocks are for gamble only.
