Went from .02 to triple zero yesterday on heavy volume. Today bounced back to .0036 currently on much less volume, but already 3X the daily average.
This morning's PR:
Pine Ridge Holdings, Inc Announces Disclosure to Be Submitted for Pink Sheets Upgrade 10:05a ET May 6, 2008 (Market Wire) Pine Ridge Holdings, Inc (PINKSHEETS: PINR) CEO Kevin May announced today that the company anticipates submitting the proper disclosure to Pinksheets.com to remove caveat emptor designation by weeks end.
Pine Ridge specializes in the development and management of real estate projects. Pine Ridge currently manages Pine Ridge Racquet Club and owns Pine Ridge Fitness Club located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a seven court, full service indoor tennis facility and Pine Ridge Fitness Club is a 12,000 square foot, premier fitness facility currently employing 35 people. In addition, the Company manages the tennis operations for Pine Valley Country Club, Fort Wayne, Indiana and a four court, indoor tennis facility in Warsaw, Indiana.
As a means to diversify, the company is also developing a technology arm that focuses on the identification and acquisition of small to medium sized high-tech testing facilities and other related technology companies.
May commented, "I am pleased to announce that I anticipate that within a few days the caveat emptor designation on the company's Pinksheets.com website will be replaced with a much higher level designation. It is a priority to build shareholder value and I believe being open and transparent is one of the first steps. I look forward to updating investors of the various opportunities as they continue to unfold."
"Health and Fitness is a 14.1 billion dollar industry, serving nearly 40 million members in the USA but it is highly fragmented with only a handful of companies having a national presence and the majority is regional or local. With the baby boomer generation reaching full retirement the opportunities and needs are great. This generation has moved our economy through each stage of their lives and retirement with good health is one of the next phases for the baby boomers," related May.
May continued, "I further believe that technology will continue to be a strong force in the United States, therefore I have plans to implement a roll up strategy for small to medium size high tech testing facilities. I will reveal more about this segment of the company as things continue to develop."
"With this in mind, I also would like to announce that I have retained the services of Brian Kistler, New Opportunity Business Solutions as the company's corporate financial advisor and corporate communications. Brian's experience and knowledge of the markets and financial structures will add great value to the company as we continue to further our plans," stated May.

I haven't read too much into this one, but it seemed to have pretty much no volume and a miniscule float, then suddenly massive volume and a 90%+ drop. I grabbed some in case this ends up being another "corporate hijacking" type thing. Not gonna go crazy like I did with BHUB, but I threw a few bucks at it at .0030

Saw something about that on TGL, but didn't read through it. What's the deal?

I don't see either of them as valid symbols. Were some of them able to buy somehow?

Fairly big spread now, but moving up. .0021 x .0025. My average is about .0023, so although the last trade was at .0025, I'm still in the red since the bid is .0021.

I tried to get in on this at .0018 but Scottrade was requiring me to make the phone call and I didn't feel like bothering with it. Good luck to you!

The float was last reported to be like 1.2 mil, but seeing as like 100mil+ traded the last couple of days that's obviously not true. On IHub, I think I saw that someone said the float is now 201 mil and the O/S is 301 mil. So the volume is still pretty high, but I no longer think this is anythign more than a bounce play.

I got in as a bounce play, but if they don't bounce pretty quick, they tend not to bounce at all (see AECS or VDTI).
The group running this play is related to the group that ran EESO ("is running" I should say--I still have shares!) and so far it's playing out pretty similarly.

Hmm, so you think it may run one of these days too? I put less than $500 in it, so I'll probably let it ride for a bit.

I'm starting to wonder--today's letter to shareholders was not what you normally look for when kicking off a new pump. But it did let me pick up more shares at .0012 so my break even point is only .0018
Most of the MOMO crowd still believes in it and, if they're wrong, I don't need much of a run from here to go green.

Ok, not that last time. But maybe this time. A double bottom was set this week and today it moved up 30% on almost no volume. A little volume and it flies.

Be careful, check with pink sheets dot com first. A predilution run has been done already. They may just dilute without any run.
The best way to play this game is to find out a stock that has been R/Sed and taken done. A good entry point is to wait for about 7 days after it hits the bottom. Never play after the predilution run.

PINR just got her predilution run, so the chance it will run soon is small.
Examples of predilution runs:
WEHI, GLCP, GRMU, ADCS.

See who can find out the next one for predilution run.
