I've played RKLC numerous times from .20 to .01- no exageration. You have to be really careful with this one- each time when the indicators seem to imply a reversal, the MMs seem take it down a little more. I think it has to do, in large part, with the terrible finanicing that Stephan/Rockelle has with AJW- as well as its low float and o/s.

AJW is much, much worse than Cornell- they have a division known as AJW Offshore, which gives them the ability to short. Combine that with the death spiral financing agreement with Rockelle, and you have a problem. I've made money every time I've played this, but I've had to average down at least once on each re-entry.

If you watch the L2's on this puppy, they dance around a lot, which seems to confirm its low o/s float nature, and its proclivity towards being manipulated.

It's a shame because Stephan seems like a nice guy and he has a decent vision. Ah well. When you deal with the devil, you get burned...

Agreed bilgert. I haven't played this in a long time (my first buy was at .23, I watched it run to .30, I held and finally sold at .17), but I have been radaring it for almost the entirety of my trading career.

This can make sudden 100-200% jumps in PPS, but it is tough to find the bottom and the volume is usually low so it can be hard to get out with any significant position.

And it is a shame. This is a good company whose stock is being destroyed by their financier. Basically what happens is that AJW takes payment in shares that it sells into the market. The value of the shares is determined by the average closing value of some previous 20-day period. The payment is fixed, so the less the shares are worth, the more they get. During that 20-day period, they short the crap out of RKLC to get a really low share price so they get lots of shares. Then they cover their short to spark a run and drive up the price so they can sell their real shares into it.

That's where the opportnity is--during that gap between selling shorted shares and selling real shares. But it is a dangerous game and over time, the decline in price is relentless.

Some day AJW will be done and RKLC will be able to RS and trade normally, but who knows when that will be?

I like where this stock sits....relatively low O/S and appears oversold. History shows it's ready for a big bounce IMO. Bought some * .0069

IMO It "appears" that this one has been worked over by AJW. Based on their earlier involvement and the recent appointment of a new President for some reason I think this one might fade down down down. Call it a hunch.

It would have been nice to be in at the beginning of this year though

File what? The addition of Dr. Fei Du?

Or, are they late on some other filing?

edit : never mind...I see they are late on their 10k. Its probably worth buying a ticket to the show in anticipation of that 10k eh?

I suspect what comes next is a name change....if AJW is done playing with them.

The more I read about AJWs involvement with various companies the more I wonder how it continues to happen. It seems that if Ribotsky gets involved you can most certainly expect a Pump in the following 6 to 12 months and then a downward spiral...leading to delisting or a name change as a last ditch effort to save the shell.

I'll add this to my list of PIPE funded stocks im following....its all pretty interesting

Im surprised that this hasnt bottomed out since the "E" was added. People seem to be holding what they have. Maybe it still has a soft heartbeat.
