I'm sure the structure isn't the same but still a low float by the way it has moved. Probably a little dilution over the past couple weeks but has the look of a stock that could move up quickly.

I love the oversold characteristics of the chart- and looking at the Level 2 time/sales data, it appears that there is a lot of accumulation going on. I took a position at .002.

According to a semi-annual report provided by the company on pinksheets.com, the o/s as of 12/07/2007 is 55 million. Still an impressively low o/s. It's nice to see a pink sheets that actually takes the time to post some information on pinksheets. You gotta like the transparency.
The quick ratio according to their financials is over 1.5. For a penny stock (esp. a pinksheet), that's pretty darn nice as well.

Expert Group, Inc. Originates Over $4 Million in the Month of February
Expert Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPT) is proud to announce that it has originated over $4 million dollars in loans in the month of February.
Our business is steadily flowing through mainly because of recent rate cuts and lower property values making it a great time to purchase new properties.
There are a big number of investors seeking to buy properties at a much lower price as they feel that now is the time and the opportunities are out there. This new trend has increased the number of loan applications for purchases.
Another great initiative by the Federal Government has created an increase in loan originations which is the Down Payment Assistance Program, where many cities throughout the U.S.A have received funds to pass on to home buyers to purchase their homes. The down payment assistance program literally gives money for qualified buyers to put as down payment to buy their first property. These moneys become permanent after a number of years, which vary by city, and do not need to be repaid.
The company recently announced that it has hired Alex Bartolomeo as office manager to assist in broker network expansion, loan processing and marketing.

What originally got me into this stock was watching how it bounced. Last Friday I bought at .002 and immediately put in a sell for .004. Just a small amount as a test. It sold Monday. That patttern is what had been happening for the whole month of Feb. I repurchased some at .002 and added today at .0015.
There more than likely has been some dilution going on but it isn't like the dilution I've seen in other Pink's that is relentless.
I do believe that EXPT not only will bounce back to the .004 level but could possibly run higher. POSSIBLY. You are not going to hear to da moon from me.
Any help doing any DD is appreciated. Personally, I'm loooking to play the bounces and dips.

Yep. I agree. It's just a matter of how much dilution is happening. According to the last info available the float was only 330,000. So no liquidity. We needed additional shares, A/S is 250M I'm still hoping that the O/S will be under the 100M mark.

You have to wonder why, with that volume, the buying didn't pick up more, the only good thing is that it didnt go lower. I don't like the volume spike and especially that drastic!
Something smells fishy and its not me (I brushed my tooth.)

I tried to buy into this today as well, however, Scottrade gave me the notice that I have to call a local branch to buy.

I have Scottrade also and they do this whenever a stock's volume rises like this one has. Sure doesn't help a stock move.
However, the good thing is that ST doesn't keep the online buying shut down for long and if you do place a phone order it's at the internet rate.
Just waiting for the MM's and company to take the foot off the pedal. Once whatever shares the company sold are absorbed, we should see movement in the proper direction. UP.

wallymac, thank you for explaining that to me. I had created a watch list on Scottrade called "stock I can't buy" (lol), and since then, a few of them became available somehow (HCPC I got into today), and now I understand why.
Thanks again, I learn AT LEAST one new thing every day

I filled one last batch at .0008 today. Was only a partial, but I'll take it. The one encouraging sign on today's take down was the slight decrease in volume from Friday's madness. Hopefully this is a sign that dilution is coming to a halt. I'm crossing my fingers.
This donkey is wound up tight. When it bounces it will bounce hard.
