ARRT is looking like a big runner, action reminds me of early LZFA which ran from .0002 to 80 cents. Not saying we'll see that but it break much higher soon!

So where do you guys see this one going? What about BZCN directly? Seems they have a good thing going. If BZCN does real well, what does that do for BZCN vs ARRT?

This will still move up a bit. I'll stay in for a few days at least. I'm sure they'll have more to say to push this up at some point, and it cannot lose more than .0006 pps. [Wink] I'll sell in the .0010 - .0030 range. [Cool]

Agreed, it may even surprise us and break the .005 point if buying pressure gets high enough.

Tomorrow should be a nice day!

AmeriResource Update: BizAuctions Receives 32,775 Online Bids in January 2008
6:30 AM ET - Market Wire

AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ARRT), a diversified holding company, announced today that its subsidiary, BizAuctions, Inc., received 32,775 bids for its merchandise on eBay during the month of January.

Delmar Janovec, CEO, comments, "BizAuctions achieved Titanium Powerseller status on eBay through its eBay store name: BusinessAuctions Inc, in the 4th Quarter of 2007, which is the highest tier that can be attained on eBay and is achieved by reaching the top level of sales while maintaining a 98 percent or higher customer satisfaction rating. This status is indicative of how well BizAuctions' business continues to grow and our staff's commitment to provide our customers with exemplary service which is shown by our customer satisfaction rating on eBay of 99.8% with over 14,400 positive feedbacks. BizAuctions sold in excess of 3,000 items in January and has worked hard to assemble the infrastructure to handle the high volume of sales and shipping of merchandise."

"BizAuctions employs two primary business models, whereby it liquidates inventory through eBay on consignment for a lucrative commission; and/or it purchases inventory at a fraction of retail price for the purpose of liquidating it for a profit. BizAuctions consigns, buys inventory, and liquidates through eBay," continues Janovec.

BizAuctions' clients have included some of the Nation's leading retail names at the forefront of their industries. With a long-term strategy to provide eBay liquidation services to Fortune 1000 enterprises, BizAuctions is a clear and lucrative solution for most any business to liquidate excess inventory on eBay.

BizAuctions' operations are designed for maximum capacity to handle most any eBay liquidation project. Whether the client is a Fortune 500 company with 1,000 items or a small business with 100 items, BizAuctions can take on most any project and recover funds from clients' excess inventory.

Well, it was good news for BZCN (35% up). Can someone explain how this should factor into ARRT's stock price? How does BZCN go up 35% on this news while ARRT goes down 16%?

AmeriResource Update: BizAuctions Sales for 3-Day Weekend Surpass$50,000

Feb 26, 2008 06:20:14 (ET)

LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb 26, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (ARRT, Trade ), a diversified holding company, announced today that its subsidiary, BizAuctions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BZCN), recorded sales for the three (3) day weekend, February 23, 24, & 25, 2008 exceeding $50,000.

"Sales for the three (3) day weekend reached $52,981 with 330 items being sold on BizAuctions eBay auction site under its store name: BusinessAuctions Inc. Shipping and handling accounted for $4,733 of the $52,981 in sales for the three (3) day period. The BizAuctions-eBay business model continues to show strong growth in revenues and should provide a very positive year for 2008," noted Delmar Janovec, CEO.

"BizAuctions employs two primary business models, whereby it liquidates inventory through eBay on consignment for a lucrative commission; and/or it purchases inventory at a fraction of retail price for the purpose of liquidating it for a profit. BizAuctions consigns, buys inventory, and liquidates through eBay providing a valuable service to its clients. It is evident that American companies are in need of commercial liquidation services and the Company continues to vigorously target this market," Janovec concluded.

The company continues to make substantial progress in reducing costs and increasing gross profits, and is close to attaining net profits on a consistent basis. BizAuctions revenues have increased substantially over the last several quarters, as follows;

9/30/07 $971,965
12/31/07 $1,010,183 (preliminary & unaudited)
