Spinoff news out today(looks like it wll be worth more than NEXA) as well as a shareholder talked to the CEO and the S8 is for 1.5 billion not 15 billion. Type-O!! Keep it on watch!!!

I've been watching this on and off for over a year, when they were NEXH, and they seem like a decent company on paper--nothing flashy, but profitable and with solid assets.
But they can't lay off the dilution. We're free money to them. I am watching again because if this is going to move, now is a good time, but so far it looks like the same old POS it always was.
There are other threads on NEXH, check them out before you buy.
