First PR from new management of GTEC. This basically restates the news of the merger but a new 8K is out as well so maybe this will be a catalyst for new investors. Time will tell. 22mm in net profits is nice either way you look at it. TMAN...

Pertaining to the official audit: for the year ended June 2007, net profits totaled $22,053,056, compared to the previous year's total of $7,736,167. For the same period, total assets reached $55,397,059 (2007) compared to $36,472,948 (2006); and sales of $72,259,812 (2007) compared to $45,242,987 (2006) in the audited report. I see in there 8k out today that they did away with the RS but instead increased the AS from 200m to 600m for this Merger.
This ain't gonna do anything unless it breaks .50. Failed yesterday and failed again today. It had a nice move the past couple of days, so it should trade sideways for a few days at least before anything happens. Of course, IMO
