Well big delay on uplist LOL I posted that in sept orginally haha... all in all holding up great. FINRA has been giving them a hard time, but it will come, im very confident this stock will make people money in the long run!!
TOFS is in the start up stages right now, but making big moves. Not only do they have the most open and transparent CEO, share structure is extremely attractive, there is no dilution, tightly held float, and uplist to OTCBB in the forecast.
CEO himself says he has institutions lined up to invest, call him he's great and doing everything he says as far as p/r's 8k and uplist.
They are launching a thing called small cap rapp, an interactive interview with pink/otcbb ceos. Not only will they be generating revenues from this, they also have their hands on some incredible technology to reduce bandwidth but increase video quality output dramatically on the web. They also have a few other avenues to go.
I've decided to hold for 6 months based on my DD. GL everyone

Some posters at IHUB appear to be in contact with the CEO and are talking about the uplisting to the OTCBB being this week. I see nothing here on Allstock at all though, can anyone confirm?
The stock price has dropped and if the news is accurate, it looks like a nice entry point for me.
