The PPS of this stock is falling almost daily, and it is my feeling that the new owners of IBAC/TSXT are no different from the prior owner (Edward Hayter) and that they are probably even in bed together. I would suspect that Ed did the funding to bring TSXT public and while his name may not appear as director of the company. It is allmost certainly still associated with it in the funding!
I like many others was bilked into believing the stories of 100m in assets going forward and blah blah blah over and over again from IBAC, and now it is my belief that Three Sixty is no different!
I placed adds for IBAC on my website *************** back when I was to gullible to know what they were up to and was given 80m shares of restricted stock for this service! Those shares at that time had a value of 21k and now they are worth less than the transfer fee to remove the restriction. I sent those very shares to Atlas Transfer 8 weeks ago when they still had a value of several hundred dollar, and after numerious telephone calls and conversations with both Atlas and Michele (the CEO of TSXT)the certs were not proccessed and today I told the transfer agent to just send back my check for transfer costs and cancel the shares if they felt so inclined. What a waste and what an injustis this penny market is! If its not the SEC DETC or the Brokers stealing from us then it is the CEO's themselves and the cycle keeps right on going! The sad fact is that the ones paying the bill for all this theavery is the little guy who believes in the stock market as a regulated and run in a legal way. Most of us know that that is just a joke, but we keep trying to beat this bogus and for the most part criminal system that is set in front of us and newcomers don't even stand a chance what so ever. It's just sad!
I hope that at least in the case of this company that people reading this think very carefully before investing their hard earned dollars here!
Make them prove what they own and make them show filed numbers to back that up because if it looks like $hit and smells likes $hit, then guess what? It is probably $hit!
