Years of technical development and on-going collaborations are about to pay off for V&V. Contract negotiations are in the final stage with a major international telecom network who fully intends to launch a new service for French travelers that provides V&V's innovative tele-concierge service to its significant base of roaming customers.
The V&V "Mobile Multilingual Services" (MMS) technology delivers to international traveler a variety of concierge, reservation, and personal support services in their native language. Services are ready to be delivered to a large number of French travelers in three different countries beginning with Italy, the UK and Spain. The newest addition to the V&V team is Kapitol SA (Infobel). The agreement with Infobel, signed with V&V on August 14, 2007, outlines a deal to provide V&V access to a complete database of information for ten (10) different Europeans countries. The data provided by Infobel is comparable to the well known US-based 411 consumer information services. These sources will be linked to other more specific and exclusive information databases which will be synchronized and used by many of the call centers associated with V&V.
"Signing a contract with Vocalenvision is a valuable opportunity for our fundamental service expansion," said Alain Wahba, President of Infobel. "The Vocalyz(TM) product dovetails nicely with our core service offering and allows us to expand beyond more traditional consumer information service delivery channels," Wahba concludes.
Services offered in the native languages of the users will include reservations for hotels, restaurants, local attractions and taxi as well as a myriad of value added services such as trendy shopping locations and hot nightlife tips.
"The opportunity to work with Kapitol SA (Infobel) is quite a significant milestone for our company," states Continan President and CEO, Claude Buchert. "Kapitol is considered a world leader in service localization and will form the cornerstone of our future database expansion," Buchert concludes.
