They put out pretty good news consistently, they have spun off several companies, like TYRIA and IVOT for example. $11.8mil in cash on hand, generating revenues, etc.
I'm guessing it's convertible debentures that are holding it down (and all pennies for that matter). I still say it will have a really nice run at some point...

Don't forget that IVOI is in the process of spinning off its subsidiary, "Thompson Pharmaceuticals". This one should move after they announce final SEC approval...

I said that, and it's quite alright. I'll have 5 more as good or better. I wished ya luck. Only dumbasses buy into a run, I'm usually in before the run.

Will is right - never rush into a run. There are many other good plays. I like IVOT, because it got small dilution, compared with it's asset. Besides, it's a full reporting company. The potential dividend could worth 0.04. The MMs are interested in this one. Great call, Skip.
IVOT has an asset of 10.4 MS and the market cap is only 200 K$. This is just like a house with 10.4 M$ of gold bars in the basement, and is selling for 200 K$. When many investors find it out, every one would love to have some shares of it.

Thanks Will and Jim. Definitely a patience tester over the last couple weeks, and a good flipper in between if you were quick. Amazing volume today, too bad it was summer or it might have really gone big. Not sure what she does now. Financials still say it's undervalued, but MM's play them otherwise...

Correction: in my previous post, IVOT should be IVOI.
IVOI is in the process of consolidation. The base has been raised from 0.0014 to 0.0020. I like the steady progress of the pps. Watch it.

Please study the charts of IVOI and IVOT, which jumped 300% yesterday, you will find out that they are very similar. They both had a small pop, then settled for a few days. The next thing will be a bid jump. This is the general pattern of bottom bounces. Watch it.
