Big buzz on this one some say penny's coming I sure hope so. Been in this long time have not sold a single share.

In August AccentCare aquired SunPlusHome HealthCare.
Then in Sept from the 8K filed The CEO of AccentCare shows up on the BOD for MSTF.
AccentCare is a multi million dollar PRIVATE Co.
AccentCare Has est 122 mil+ in annual sales.
Mr Comte is being paid a paultry ammount to be here, $2500/ quarter.
MSTF share structure is 30 mil O/S approx, 22 mil float approx, 400 mil A/S.
MSTF is an OTCBB Co.
I Think that is what we know at this point.
