Hi, aBird. The MMs have the ability to
manipulate the pps of otc stocks thru:

* Setting Ask/Bid;

* Short selling to bring the price down;

* Covering the short position to bring
the pps up;

* Setting the open/close prices;

* Making the chart looks bullish/bearish.

Fundamentally, HKBV needs to publish some statistics and get on the BB.imo

I agree, Larry needs to do a better job getting the word out. I've spent the last few days gathering together their PR's from April of 2005 to present, various articles, as well as posts from the company’s website to get a clearer picture of what we are dealing with here. My conclusion is:

This one's different than most pinkies for several reasons:

It's a real Co. with real products.
Sales and Distribution have been consistently increasing.
The Co. is making a profit according to CEO

Also, no fluff PR's & no Hype. The CEO has a plan and is working it.

This makes HKBV different in a good way and a bad way. Because the CEO is so intent on building the business to eventually sell to the big boys for the big bucks,(IMO) he doesn't concern himself with the PPS. He's not in the business of selling shares like most looser pinkie CEO's. He's actually doing, not just talking about growing the business. Hence, no song and dance. Not your typical Pinkie. HKBV is like a fish out of water. It really needs to be on a higher exchange where it belongs.

Low float:

This too is a good and bad situation. Because shares are scarce we are largely ignored by the day traders. On the other hand, it won't take much volume to propel this rocket. Those in the know are quietly collecting as the company is going about its daily business, quietly growing.

In short, it's my opinion that this is a ticking time bomb! Sooner or later, this is going to explode.

News from the Co. Web Page

7/17/07

July is flying by! We have been crazy getting caught up after the 4th.

We are in the middle of some of our largest productions to date. Pulling it all together is a daunting task. I am very proud of our team Everyone is putting their best foot forward to get things done. It is hard to have production keep up with the demands from distributors. We have the best team around, from vendors to co-packers to distributors to investors. All our hard work is starting to show. We are creating quite a buzz in the industry.

The work, however, is just beginning. There are many areas in the country where Hat Trick products are still not available. We have just started to scratch the surface. Getting the products to the rest of the country is my responsibility. It will take some time but I am confident it will get done.

We will be receiving sample bottles of the BevBall from China within the next couple of weeks. We still need to work with Tyler Marsh on the labels, flavors, etc. We will be presenting that product along with a repackaged SuperBuzz Energy Drink at this years NACS show in Atlanta later this year.

I am finishing up the rest of the the numbers for the second quarter. I will have them out soon. I hope to have it completed this weekend.

Here's the response I received:

We are on the same page.
We are investigating what it takes to go to the BB.
We do have investors soliciting stores and distributors.
I am very proud of our team. There are great people that have jumped on board. I have made it my mission to do all I can to ensure we all become successful together.
Thank you for your thoughts and kind words. I am glad people such as yourself have shown an interest in Hat Trick.

Good Morning. We are working on many distribution opportunities. For example, we will soon be opening up new distribution in North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee etc.

Production is coming along nicely. We are not quite done with this round of production. We are being told by the production facility that we have about two days of production left and we will be completely caught up. This is an intense and expensive process. What most people don't understand is that we must pay for production and all the ingredients up front. Bottles come from China, caps come from Canada and so on and so on.

This is the most exciting time of my life!!! I can not stress enough how proud I am of what we have accomplished as a team. Although we have come a long way, we have just started to make a mark in the world of beverages. We have so far still to go. I am thrilled to push Hat Trick forward. I think we can accomplish great things together.

I would like to thank all the share holders that have solicited their local stores and distributors and urged them to look at our products. Believe it or not this works. We landed our North Carolina distributor because a share holder and store owner spoke to a distributor for us. THIS WORKS!!

I, as always, will keep you informed.

This is old news and it doesn't do any good to keep dragging this up. It's my understanding the CEO paid a firm to supply info to USA Today and they took the liberty to stretch the truth. The company and it's products stand on their own.

3/4 of a million dollars in sales in the month of May alone says it all. This is going places, despite that article.

Hat Trick Beverage is Proud to Announce its Pending Penetration into North and South Carolina.

Hat Tick beverage has begun to implement its plans to open for distribution the area including North and South Carolina. We have identified our first distributor in the region. They will be receiving their first shipment within 2 weeks of this announcement. They are located in the Charlotte, NC area. This will give us a strong foundation in the area on which to build from. The plan includes Hat Trick Beverage assisting in the growth of existing distributors as well as possibly founding our own distributors where needed. This is one of the fastest growing areas of the country in both population and affluence. We have long targeted this area for growth and are extremely excited about the future there.

As soon as they receive their shipment, a formal press release will be submitted to the news wires.

One of the few to close in the green today, despite the Dow being down 311 points.

Chart looks great! 50 Day MA heading North and should rise above 200 DMA within a month. Impressive 2nd Quarter numbers to be announced, new East Coast Distibutors coming on board and share buyback in process. All we need is some national exposure and we should have liftoff. This is a ticking time bomb in my opinion! [Eek!]

Happy August to you all.

What a time it has been. We had a small mishap with our Road Kill production. We screwed up with the batching of a couple of flavors of Road Kill. We did not have enough flavor or sweetener in the product. It was run through the system anyway. The result was a product that tasted like card board. It took us a while to rectify it. I should say we are still rectifying it. It will be fully resolved tomorrow.

Pink Sheets has been having a problem. They are completely overloaded. Their new compliance system took effect today. Much like the IRS, Pink Sheets is overwhelmed with new information. They are trying their best to get through all the information. They should have all the information (including ours) up before Monday. I am excited to have a forum to display all our information including financials.

Hat Trick Beverage: Here We Grow Again
Thursday August 2, 8:00 am ET

ENCINITAS, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 2, 2007 -- Due to overwhelming demand, Hat Trick Beverage (Other OTC:HKBV.PK - News) (www.hattrickbeverages.com) is poised to release new flavors for both its flagship Pumped Fitness brand and its newest hit Road Kill.

A demand for a unique water product in the attractive Pumped Fitness dumbbell package is in the process of being fulfilled. Hat Trick Beverage is in the process of developing an oxygenated water enhanced with electrolytes as an addition for its Pumped Fitness line of products. The new product will be called Pumped Water. This will appeal to the section of consumers that enjoy our unique packaging but are looking for a product that is non-flavored.

Yellow Goose Juice (Lemon Lime) will be the newest addition to the Road Kill family of drinks. "Road Kill has been accepted with more enthusiasm than was anticipated. The cry for more flavors has been heard by us. We are responding with another great flavor for all the kids and the adults that never grew up. We are already starting to position ourselves for an outstanding 2008," stated Larry Twombly, President of Hat Trick Beverage.

Both new drinks are scheduled to be released at this year's National Association of Convenience Stores Show in Atlanta in November.

About Hat Trick Beverage:

Hat Trick Beverage, Inc. is located in Encinitas, CA. Hat Trick Beverage develops, markets and distributes high quality unique functional beverage products. These products include Pumped Fitness, Road Kill beverages as well as others.

Overall, good things happening here with more on the way. PPS eventually will reflect the same. RSHN is having similar problems. Maybe Larry and Bob should hook up and combine forces, as RSHN already has an Electrolite Water and Bob's looking for someone to partner with.

News:

8/07/07 Company B L O G

Good Morning.

As you all know. Hat trick is in the process of rapid growth. Our existing brands are growing rapidly and we are poised to launch new brands within the next 6 months.

We are contemplating growth through expansion as well. We are currently speaking with two regional beverage companies. One is in the Mid West (Chicago area) and the other is in the South East (Florida area). Both companies have distribution in their respective areas. Both areas are ones that Hat Trick has targeted as areas we want to our products in soon. It may be advantageous for us to purchase one or both of these companies if we can expand our products into their distribution chains. The finances have to make sense of course. We are not interested in the brands them selves as much as we are the distribution they have. The brands both need help with their packaging and presentation (in my opinion). That, fortunately, is what we do best.

We are just starting our due diligence now. It may take a month or six weeks before we get to the heart of the situation. We may get through the process and find out that neither company has anything of value to us. I don't know yet.

Some of you may be wondering, how will we pay for this. I would like to avoid using cash because we need all the cash we have for the growth of the projects we already do. We are currently sitting on company shares that will soon be put back in the treasury. I would like to use some of that if possible. We shall cross that bridge when we get to it.

I will keep you informed on the progress. Unfortunately, I can't tell you the names of the companies yet because of a non-disclosure.

News: Shares Retired [Big Grin]

8/12/07 Company B L O G

Tomorrow I am off on another journey across the country to set up more distribution. I should be in Mississippi by Thursday (Mark, that is for you). I will eventually end up back in New England. I am handing off my car to them to use as a sales incentive tool. The person that sells the most cases one month gets to use the car the next month. It has all the decals on it and looks great!

I will be still checking e-mails and will be on my phone 24/7.

Friday, we retired 5,000,000 shares of common stock from our buy back program. We hope to do more real soon. We are going through the proper legal procedures to make that happen.

We are waiting on Pink Sheets to post our updated information along with the financials. They are doing the best they can getting information up. I was told they are reviewing everyone's info by a first come basis. We, much like most others, submitted all our information at the last minute. In retrospect, I am guessing that was not wise. I will stay on top of them and make sure it gets done.

I should be flying back to California by Wednesday at the latest. Again, feel free to call me on my cell phone. If I don't answer, I will do my best to call you right back.

Thank you,

Larry Twombly

President
