I don't think it is bad news, I just think that they could be spending the money on better things. Like marketing and sales. The water can be bought wholesale anywhere to avoid shipment, given that it meets the technical requirements. I'm all for vertical production, but we need sales more than we need our own well.

Leeroy, I used to work in advertising. Marketing can wait, sales need to move forward. RSHN has a LOT of orders right now and more moving that way. They also hired a person (just one for now) to work non stop on sales. Sell, Sell, Sell, the time to broaden the market will come.

One step at a time.

Bilgert, I am not at liberty to say right now on your post. May happen, may not, but stay tuned if it does. Beans will stay in the can for now. Seems better to keep it that way on the boards.

Why must marketing wait, we don't need our own well to start selling the product.

We need sales, not wells. Stupid straining rhyme intended. [Smile]

Advertising is VERY expensive. If done right, it works very well. HOWEVER, we have distribution, and production still working. Lets get these in line before we try to bust over the top. Having millions in sales and thousands in production will create a massive problem. People who do not get timely delivery will be very upset.

That is my thinking for now on holding off on the expense of advertising. Lets get production rolling and controll the growth for now. Don't outstrip production.

As far as I know E-Water and all its variations are 100% RSHN products. I also believe the Ginseng products and Cola are owned as well.

I will find out for certain within the next couple days.

GO RSHN!!!$$$!!!

Come on ChrisPy ... I thought RSHN, Inc was the marketing agent for these products and only one of the sodas/products was/were potentially owned by RSHN.

What happened to the company descriptions with the PR's ... Can we get some clarification on this?

Maybe the reason why there is no movement in the PPS of RSHN is because RSHN doesn't own any of the products.

Is there anyone who can give some clarification on this point?

I have never figured anything out with this stock, other than it is a penny stock. I was under the impression that people who invest in rshn were only entitled to a distribution percentage. Yet it appears that investor money goes into pretty much of everything,(production, etc.)

I have always thought that if you invest in distribution rights, (stock being sold) the money that was received would only go to that sector of the business. Maybe someone who has more of a legal background in this area can set me straight.

I owe you a beer ...

RushNet Inc. is the licensed marketing agent for Rush Beverage Company products including: Organic Apple Rush(TM), Ginseng Rush®, Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) and Rush Ginseng Cola(TM) and the brand owner of advanced electrolyte e-water(TM).

RSHN owns the water, but not the other products. So I guess it's a good thing they are focused on the water.

Beginning to percolate... There seems to be a lot of renewed interest in RSHN around the market place lately. This is good. As much as I feel like we don't need the water well, it is a hard asset, and people seem to buy into that.

Starting to feel a bit like last spring, but with more substance.

_________________________________________________

My question was not answered. Maybe i should have left the word distribution out. My questions are of a more curious nature than whether they affect the stock prices of pennies.

This stock, like many, becomes a blur of what is really going on and what is not. I remember something about a dividend for Garden Beverage, and another for their other line-- i believe that's the apple rush. And i also believe there was a tenitve distribution date for these shares. I also remenmber something about moving up to another board. Then i thought i heard or saw that one of the dividends was still being held until some later date, but no specific date given.

I have heard and read all kinds of things over the last several years. I have called and talked to rshn during that time. I must have misunderstood many of their statements like many who call. I decided calling was really a waste of time. Rshn knows what they can put in a pr to move the pps. but choose to use the site primarily for advertisement. Or they simply do not have anything to pr that is of value. I guess we will see what happens.

I do know that it is a typical penny. Like most other investors, just looking to get lucky again. We all know that we are stepping on that land mine a little bit as the share count rises.

Like i said, my questions are based on curiosity. And we know what curiosity did to the cat.

Hello All,

When I was doing some DD today, I found a posting that someone put up a year ago when the stock was kicking a$$, does anyone know if this is true or not? This maybe one of those things that everyone knows, but I was surprised to see it.

Basically, it was a posting of the company information, and it said that Rushnet, INC has been formally known as:

Company Notes:
Formerly=Stop-N-Sock, Ltd. until 3-99
Formerly=CostPlusFive.com, Inc. until 4-00
Formerly=ComputerXpress.com, Inc. until 3-03
Formerly=Aurora Precious Metals, Inc. until 9-03
Formerly=V-Net Beverage, Inc. until 7-05

Does anyone know if this is right? If so, does this alarm anyone else?

Gadowpow... NOPE....

That is all old stuff. True, but over and done with. This time they are back to a real buisness and real products. V-Net started it but when Corr took over, they changed names yet again to leave all the old crud behind. We all are betting it is.

I would say we need a PR to spice things up a bit, but the last two didn't do a thing.

Chris did you ever get a chance to ask some of the questions we gave you?

HT, I was ready to go have lunch with Corr and get answers but then a woman who posts on IHUB called Corr and ripped his ass for giving what she called "Priviliged Info" to a "FEW" privilaged people.

What it really amounted to was a few who live in the area were willing to go out of their way to ask questions that they felt needed answered.

He was willing to meet for lunch but after she called and pissed him off he said that the questions would probably be better served if offered in a PR as a Q/A type thing or as a addition to their company website as a "Letter from the CEO" type thing.

He IS willing to answer all the questions I asked and here they are......

Questions for Friday:

1)Could you please give me an accurate share count?
2)How many shares does RSHN still hold?
3)Would you consider placing a "Letter from the CEO" on the website to be updates weekly even if nothing new to report?
4)Any thoughts on a low calorie AR, GR, RC?
5)Will RSHN be at the "Taste of Chicago" this year with all your new products?
6)Please explain the plans for the Divvy and the structure of AR to the shareholders after the divvy is given. Still 51% ownership?
7)When will AR, IPO?
8)Is dilution over?
9)Contracts? Any info is worthwhile (no company names needed)
10)Revenues? (ANY numbers good or bad are better than nothing at all)
11)Since Certification was approved......how are sales?
12)Growth in earnings compared to previous quarters?
13)Est. earnings for the year?
14)Are we currently making a profit?
15)Any plans for financing future growth or more dilution?
16)Any outstanding loans?
17)Stock buyback planned or will there be a R/S down the road?
18)Can you sum up the Positives versus the Negatives for the past year?

Thanks to all who submitted questions added to this list!!

You know exactally what I do as far as the answers to the above questions. If by chance I do find out anything else I will share it with everyone.

GO RSHN!!$$$!!

Chris
