MUMI is the new symbol for Muller Media (MUME). This .0001 stock had a R/S for 1000/1. Basically - All that I can gather on this company is that it is making a movie called WHISKERS based on a smart sea lion that is supposed to target families. The film was supposed to be released in Fall 2006, but still hasn't hit movie theaters. Basically in my opinion - my once 2,000,000 shares worth a few hundred dollars are now less than $100, but the good news is that MUMI has a 52 week high of $337. If this movie WHISKERS is a flop (which I'm guessing it will be) then we won't see any good news... if this movie turns out to be anything like March of the Penguins or a similar family friendly story, we might see some significant appreciation. Stay tuned and Break a Leg Muller Media -

Imperia Entertainment and Nexxus One Capital Trust Close Escrow on $10 Million in Capital Financing
8:30 AM EDT June 14, 2007
Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that Imperia and Nexxus One Capital Trust of Switzerland have closed their capital financing transaction whereby Nexxus has capitalized Imperia with a $10 million interest bearing Capital Protected Note from Nexxus' subsidiary, secured by a $300 million bond with A rated insurance, in exchange for 250,000,000 shares in Imperia restricted stock to Nexxus and 5,000,000 shares of Imperia stock to Nexxus One Securities, Ltd., at the price of five cents (.05) per share. The five year Note pays interest every six months at the rate of 5.75% per annum, beginning December 31, 2007. "We believe that the Note, when monetized, will be sufficient to fund all of Imperia and Muller Media (Pink Sheets: MUMI) film projects for a twelve month period. Over the next several weeks, we will seek bank financing on the Note. During the interim period, we intend to continue with production of the feature film, 'Never Submit' in the interim period," said Kenneth Eade, Chairman. "Upon monetization, the company intends to commence its share buyback program as committed," he added.

ABOUT IMPERIA ENTERTAINMENT

Imperia Entertainment, Inc. ( http://www.imperiaentertainment.com ) is a company that has emerged as a player in the area of independent film production and distribution, once monopolized by the major film studios. In conjunction with its distribution subsidiary, Imperia International Distribution, the company engages in investing in and producing and distributing full-length feature films. Along with its equity interest in "All That I Need" ( http://www.allthatineed.net ), released in theaters last year, and now being marketed for DVD distribution, Imperia's film properties include its recently completed feature film, "Say It In Russian" ( http://www.sayitinrussianmovie.com ), starring Faye Dunaway, and "Never Submit," starring Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters) and star MMA fighters Ken Shamrock, Josh Koscheck, Michael McDonald, Mauricio Shogun Rua, and Nate Quarry, and the award-winning "Autograph" television series ( http://www.autograph.tv ), which airs on the OlympuSAT system.

ABOUT MULLER MEDIA

Muller Media ( http://www.muller-media.com ) is a film production company, dedicated to the production of high quality family feature films, with ratings of PG or G. According to a study made by the Dove Foundation of films made in the years 1989 through 2003, family films are 11 times more profitable than their R-rated counterparts. With "An Ordinary Hero," which is expected to have a PG rating, the company will now be competitive in the 505 of the movie going market, comprised of 12-29 year olds who frequent "PG" rated films. The company just announced the recovery of the masters of a television cartoon series, "The New Three Stooges," with original wrap around scenes by the stooges themselves. The US Copyright Office is conducting research to determine if the company's 1987 copyright assignment is still valid, or if the company is holding masters in the public domain.

ABOUT "NEVER SUBMIT"

"Never Submit" ( http://www.neversubmit.com ) is a movie set in the world of MMA, or mixed martial arts. "Never Submit" is an inspirational tale similar to "Rocky," but the lead character is an intelligent young man (as are most fighters competing in this sport) rather than a beaten-down punch-drunk fighter. An amazing cast of characters will round out this film; each from different walks of life; each with his own set of circumstances and motivating factors driving him to his or her personal best. "Never Submit" is a metaphor describing the way these athletes live their lives.

Imperia Entertainment and TapouT Magazine ( http://www.tapoutmagazine.com ) have formed a strategic relationship for promotion of the publication as well as the movie.

ABOUT "NEXXUS ONE"

Nexxus One specializes in the capitalization of public companies worldwide through direct equity investments using innovative structures normally available only to large multi-nationals. Nexxus One seeks to invest in companies with strong growth potential, a strong brand name and/or market presence; however, their experience, investment resources, tools and financing structures even allow Nexxus One to provide capitalization to companies in distress. Nexxus One aggressively seeks new investment opportunities and invites interested public companies to contact them via ceo*nexxusone.com.

I disagree, they pump, dilute, then R/S.

I'd be surprised if you make anything on this one.
