IFQJ Infinity Acquisition Corporation Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Life Without Pain
BOCA RATON, Fla., Apr 18, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Infinity Acquisition Corporation, Inc. (IFQJ) announced today that the Company has signed a letter of intent to acquire Life Without Pain, LLC. Life Without Pain, LLC uses advanced technology to develop medical products and solutions that focus on both pain management and relief.
Life Without Pain is a manufacturer of photo light pain therapy devices that relieve pain without the use of prescription medications. These devices provide pain management by utilizing Narrow Band Near-IR Energy to provide temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, arthritis pain and muscle spasms. The photo light pain therapy devices also relieve stiffness, promote the relaxation of muscle tissue, and temporarily increasing local blood circulation.
