I just started looking again to find my shares of JPHC to PAVC transfers, no luck lately but here is an interesting news on them,,
Paivis, Corp. Provides Update on Corporate Activities Paivis, Corp. ("PAIVIS" or the "Company") (OTCBB: PAVC) today provides updates on certain corporate activities and developments.
The Company continues to process the change over of its stock-transfer agents and the delivery of all stock-transfer books and records from its previous stock-transfer agent to the successor transfer agent. Management has assigned top priority to this effort and expects to have the change over completed within 30 days. Once our new stock-transfer agent obtains all necessary stock-transfer records, management anticipates that the delays and confusion that our shareholders have experienced since our merger with Jupiter Global Holdings Corp. will be alleviated.
The filling of the Company's 10-KSB filing for the fiscal period ending September 30, 2006 has been delayed. The Company's reporting staff requires additional time to complete the 10-KSB filing and management anticipates that the delayed filing will be made as soon as possible.
Also I noticed there is also a symbol PAVCE , I wonder if that is where the tranfered shares will go if we ever get them back??

Ooops just found PAVCE the E was taken off last month but still comes up on search,, Guess thats why I have 1 star
