Some Quick SSWC DD…

** SSWC is fully Reporting and is on the OTCBB.

** Outstanding Shares as of November 12, 2007 = 207,090,861 shares

** Have been and sill is on Regulation SHO list since 18 Sep 07:
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx
**** This leads me to think that the inventory of shares is zero.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION
From Notes 10 & 11 of the SSWC 10 Filed on 14 Nov 07:
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?repo=tenk&ipage=5279716&doc=1&total=&bac k=2&g=&attach=on

The below piece is from Note 10 of the recent SSWC 10Q referencing a 3 year deal with Cornell:
…Cornell may not convert the Debenture into shares of Class A Common Stock if such conversion would result in Cornell beneficially owning in excess of 4.99% of the then issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock. …

The company appears to had done that deal in such a way so that Cornell would not be allowed to smash them. They can sell, per year, no more than 4.99% of the current OS per year which equates to .0499 x 207,090,861 (OS) = 10,333,834 Max Shares Cornell can Sell.

Something else very important to note from Note 11 of the recent SSWC 10Q is that Cornell should be spending $10 Million to buy shares of SSWC on or before 12 Dec 07. Please read below from Note 11:

…On August 31, 2005, SpeechSwitch, Inc. entered into a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement (the SEDA") with Cornell Capital Partners, LP ("Cornell Capital Partners") (was amended and restated on December 12, 2005) whereby Cornell Capital Partners agrees to purchase up to $10 million of the Company's Class A Common Stock (the "Common Stock") over a two-year period. …

The “two year period” expires two years from December 12, 2005 which would make that time frame to be December 12, 2007 which is in the very near future.

** In May and December 2003, the Company was issued two patents by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its Speech-Enabled Automatic Telephone Dialer. The patents expire 20 years from the date of the original patent filings.

Some of there Business Partners:
Datamatics Management Services, Inc.
Artisoft
Siemens' Certified
3Com NBX Solution Provider
iTeam SBS2000
Dialogic
EPS Incorporated
Telrad Networks
AltiGen
Key Voice (Comdial)
Toshiba
NEC
Tigerpaw Software

** Also, really take a look at Level II. It looks like the OS really is 207,090,861 Shares. It looks to have potential to be dropping two zeros here soon.

I hope this helps.

iVoice Receives Patent Award for ``Methodology for Talking Consumer Products with Voice Instructions via Wireless Technology''
Sixth iVoice, Inc. Patent Issued to Date

iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOI) – iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOI), announced today it has received United States Patent, 7,305,344 for a patent “Methodology for Talking Consumer Products with Voice Instructions via Wireless Technology”.

This invention enables users of new products to activate the speaking package of a new product, so there is no need to read instructions. For example, it provides for hands free, eyes free, instructions while assembling new products, such as bicycle, furniture, camera or other products.

To a person with low vision or a physical disability, talking instruction products can mean independence. Talking products offer independence to people with limited use of their hands or to people whose vision is limited. The result is greater satisfaction with their ability to control their own environment and less dependence on caregivers to attend to these common tasks.

“The grant of this patent is centrally important to iVoice, Inc. not only to preserve its technology but also to leverage offensively in the marketplace,” said Mr. Mahoney. The patent award will make a significant milestone in product development for the iVoice technical staff. iVoice’s commitment to innovation technology continues to help customers meet their client requirements. We believe that our intellectual property and our technology provide iVoice with a superior suite of application offerings.

About iVoice, Inc:

iVoice has determined that the best way to create shareholder value, separate and apart from the operating performance of iVoice, is to spin-off previous wholly owned subsidiaries of iVoice to its shareholders by distributing shares of these subsidiaries in the form of a special dividend. To date, iVoice has successfully completed the spin-off of Trey Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: TYRIA), iVoice Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: IVOT), SpeechSwitch, Inc. (OTCBB: SSWC) and Thomas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. The common stock distributions are part of a broader strategy relating to the transition of iVoice into a company focused on the development and licensing of proprietary technologies. We also continue to search for potential merger candidates with or without compatible technology and products, which management feels may make financing more appealing to potential investors.

Certain information included in this press release, may contain forward-looking statements about our current and expected performance trends, growth plans, business goals and other matters. These statements may be contained in our filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in our press releases, in other written communications, and in oral statements made by or with the approval of one of our authorized officers. Information set forth in this press release contains various "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (the "Act") provides certain "safe harbor" provisions for forward-looking statements. The reader is cautioned that such forward-looking statements are based on information available at the time and/or management's good faith belief with respect to future events, and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual performance or results to differ materially from those expressed in the statements. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date the statement was made. We assume no obligation to update forward-looking information to reflect actual results, changes in assumptions or changes in other factors affecting forward-looking information. Forward-looking statements are typically identified by the use of terms such as "anticipate," "believe," "could," "estimate," "expect," "intend," "may," "might," "plan," "predict," "project," "should," "will," and similar words, although some forward-looking statements are expressed differently. Although we believe that the expectations reflected in such forward-looking statements are reasonable, we can give no assurance that such expectations will prove to be correct.

News for 'SSWC' - (SpeechSwitch, Inc. Partners With DAX Systems, Inc. for Deployment of Speech Enabled Auto Attendant)

MATAWAN, NJ, Dec 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- SpeechSwitch, Inc.
(OTCBB: SSWC), a leader in speech-recognition technology, announced that they are partnering with DAX Systems, Inc. for the deployment of their turnkey Speech Enabled Auto Attendant. SpeechSwitch, Inc. ("SpeechSwitch") previously was a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. prior to the spin-off from iVoice that was completed in August 2005 as a special stock dividend distribution to iVoice shareholders.

The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant (SEAA) will be integrated into the DAX server product lines by analog or digital programming. The system facilitates easier communication for employees, customers, business partners and suppliers. It places people at ease by allowing callers to use their most natural form of communication -- their own voice -- to reach a specific person or department. By speaking a name, a caller can be promptly transferred to the appropriate number.
Callers have the option of bypassing touch-tone menus and spell-by-name directories and instead, use their natural voice to reach their intended party.

"Building on SpeechSwitch resources and working more closely with the company to deliver compliance-tested solutions to the market, we are able to reduce network complexity, improve reliability, and speed time to deployment so our customers can quickly realize a benefit to their bottom line," said Ernie Kaminaris, President and CEO of DAX Systems, Inc.

The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant is a complete cost-effective solution that works with existing phone systems and voice mail packages. Every department and employee is accessible from one local or long-distance phone number. The SEAA capabilities ensure that all calls reach their intended destinations at all times.

"As a Dev Connect member with Avaya we are excited about being able to supply the Avaya IPO office sales force and customer base with newly approved cost effective DAX servers that will also incorporate our Speech Enabled Auto Attendant," said Bruce Knef, CEO of SpeechSwitch, Inc.

About DAX Systems, Inc.

DAX Systems Inc. is a leading provider of purpose-built telephony applications servers for the SMB and Enterprise marketplaces. DAX Systems telephony applications servers provide independent software vendors (ISVs), developers, systems integrators, telecom distributors and interconnect companies with the performance and reliability necessary to deliver world-class telecommunications solutions.

DAX has been in business for 18 years supplying servers to the CTI community.
With over 25,000 units deployed, the field failure rate is less than 1%. This is attributed to strict manufacturing controls, painful attention being paid to processes and procedures and constantly monitoring the customers' needs and wants to ensure a hardware solution that will delight the customer.

DAX Systems has also recently become an AVAYA GOLD DevConnect Partner and had three of its servers tested and certified by the AVAYA Certification Lab in Lincroft, N.J. with IP OFFICE. This makes DAX one of two select server providers to be certified for the AVAYA IP OFFICE line of products.

Headquartered in Parsippany, N.J., DAX Systems provides engineering, manufacturing and support for a complete line of telephony applications servers designed for voice processing, IP media services and VoIP applications.

After IVOT, SSWC may be the next one to go --
they used to run at the same time. At 0.0003,
with O/S of 204 M shares, the market
capital is only 60 K$. Watch it.

Do you believe that both IVOT and
SSWC share the same office address
and phone numbers, they also ran
at almost the same time for the
past two years.

depend on PR, you will be disappointed
most of the time. Read the MMs' siganls:
big takedown before a run; huge volume;
small pop; takedown on good PR; you
are frustrated and plannibng to bail
out.
I believe most players are out of SSWC now.
