I think people dont understand darrell not even close to being a rufus or don from awyb darrell very impressive.

This really looks like the perfect storm. The hijacking, the illegal shares, the shorting and now it all comes together and the company in the middle is a pink sheet company that doesn't have a pink sheet CEO.

Win or lose, every day I find a new reason to love BHUB. I'm humbled to be a small part of this event.

Looks like this has turned into a healthy topic.

Who halted the trading. SEC or the company?

All I know is I rolled the dice big time with this one, I accumulated alot of shares over the last few days and I knew the risk. Wont blame anyone but myself if I loose it all. Worst part is, I was sober when I did it so I can't even blame that [Smile]

Am I rich yet?? [Wink]

If people can't read or understand a T.1 halt code, then they got serious problems.

Cotton- do you have a verified email of that yet?
If that's true- you the man!
I was told yesterday by TDa- they woud be seeking "reponibility of the shares from the broker's who sold to them"- Buy-in? IMO the panic is due to a "double short squeeze"(just made that up)trying to cover at the low.

For me- there is no bad news on this stock. Free shares.

can't stay, but remember...a *halt* and a *suspension* are two, way different things...

can a halt be bad? yes... but can also be good...

a suspension is never good...

This is extremely interesting, and I wish I could stay and play, but gotta go to a job...

best, y'all

Make of this what you will. I got a phone call a few minutes ago from my broker telling me if I wanted to sell BHUB that he would take the order and pass it on to Penson to be filled. However the funds would not be available until the DTCC crap is cleared up. They just followed up with this email:

Please be advised that we are now taking LIQUIDATION ONLY orders for BHUB. All orders for this security MUST be called into the trading desk, 718-923-3007. No funds from the sale of liquidations of BHUB will be released until the shares clear thru DTCC and the Global Lock has been lifted. If you have any questions or would like to place a trade please call the trading desk.

ok, one last...was thinking only Naz stocks (or other big-boards) are elegible for halts, so I checked Bishop's posts, thinking he might weigh in:

Not on OTC BB or Pinks joby...Naz NYSE AMEX TSE TSX yes.

Limited OTCBB Trade Halt Authority Approved by SEC

On May 22, 2000, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved amendments to NASD Rule 6545. These amendments will be implemented on June 26, 2000. This rule change will provide Nasdaq® with the authority to halt trading and quotations in securities traded on the OTC Bulletin Board® (OTCBB) in circumstances where it is necessary to protect investors and the public interest. Halts will be initiated in OTCBB securities when:
the security is dually listed on or registered with a foreign securities exchange or market, and the foreign market or regulatory authority halts trading for regulatory reasons;
a security is a derivative/component of a security listed on a national securities exchange or Nasdaq, and the exchange or Nasdaq imposes a trading halt in the listed security; or
the issuer does not provide the NASD with timely information that is required by SEC Rule 10b-17 regarding "Untimely Announcements of Record Dates." (This rule requires issuers to provide the NASD, within 10 calendar days, with information concerning a dividend or other distribution in cash, a stock or reverse split, and rights or other subscription offerings.)
Under the rule change, when data is received from a foreign securities exchange or market, Nasdaq will first evaluate the information and determine if a halt in an OTCBB security is appropriate before initiating a trading or quotation halt. Trading and quotations in the security may resume when Nasdaq has decided, after close review, that there is no further need for the halt, or when five business days have passed from the initial date (whichever occurs first).
Prior to this rule change, Nasdaq was authorized to impose halts only in Nasdaq-listed securities and securities listed on a national securities exchange and traded in the Nasdaq Third Market. Until this point, however, there was no rule granting Nasdaq the authority to impose trading or quotation halts in OTCBB securities. Nasdaq hopes that the expanded trade-halt authority will increase investor protection with respect to securities quoted in the OTCBB.

Trade and quote halt information will be available beginning June 26th on a real time basis on this web site. Halt information will be accessible from the home page under "Trade Halts".

so my take at the moment is not so good--still think it's better than a suspension, though...

Alright, here is the situation as I choose to see it (bear in mind the wool has been pulled over my eyes [Wink] )

Yesterday, PENSON restricted buys, but were still accepting sells.

This caught on with a few brokerages and they started doing the same.

To me this indicates a short position. But the action did trigger a massive sell off and allowed for some covering.

The company, knowing that there was something big in the pipeline, requested a T1 halt of trading, to stop the covering.

If they wouldn't have, there certainly would have been more covering today.

PENSON, who started this action to try to cover, now is offering to take liquidation sells ONLY. IMO in an attempt to continue covering the massive short position before they are forced to cover on the open market.

Is that even legal????? This story just gets weirder and weirder every day.

I just got off the phone with BofA and they are not wrapped up in this stock shortage problem . He said that something sounds really fishy about brokers offering to buy back shares like that .

I'm strapping in and ready for launch . Question is , did anyone fill up the rocket ship with fuel or not ?
