While you boiler room bozos were busy
pumping the same old crap I turned
this one into a 4x bagger in just
a coupla days.
I thought you fellas were working
overtime these days?...lol
A R/S was just completed with half
of it's 500,000,000 O/S retired
(now 250,000,000 O/S).
This leaves a clean shell with an
ultra low float that is looking
to do a R/M real soon.
Mr. Keating is a master of the R/M.
Everything he's touched has turned to gold.
Check it out...

Any ideas what he plans to reverse merge into?

Double check the current O/S. I know A/S is 250 Mil but Friday's gain off of 3 Mil trading makes it look like its more around 25-40 Mil O/S rather than the full 250 A/S.

According to the OCTBB daily list the Reverse Split has not happened yet. One clue that this Bozo has to that is that the symbol hasn't changed and it has not appeared on the daily list. This is a requirement prior to a Reverse Spilt.

As far as I can tell a Reverse Merger could take place but no target company has been named. If I wrong please show me.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change of Fiscal Year.

QuikByte has amended its Articles of Incorporation to reduce its
authorized capital stock. The amendment reduced the authorized common stock from
500,000,000 shares, with a par value of $0.0001 per share, to 250,000,000
shares, with a par value of $0.0001 per share. The amendment also reduced the
authorized preferred stock from 100,000,000 shares, with a par value of $0.0001
per share, to 10,000,000 shares, with a par value of $0.0001 per share. These
amendments became effective upon the filing of the Articles of Amendment to the
Articles of Incorporation (the "Amendment") with the Colorado Secretary of State
on March 2, 2007. A copy of the Amendment is included as Exhibit 3.3 to this
Current Report and is hereby incorporated by this reference.

The Amendment also provided for a 1-for-20 reverse stock split
("Reverse Split") of QuikByte's common stock outstanding effective March 7, 2007.

"I'll repeat myself, using their own words from the filings.

The important words here are "subject to".

"The amendment also provided for a 1-for-20 reverse stock split ("Reverse Split") of QuikByte's common stock outstanding on March 7, 2007. Subject to compliance with Rule 10b-17 promulgated under the Securities Exchange
Act of 1934

And this, again from the filings:

"Accordingly, upon the effectiveness of the Reverse Split"

Now, having said that, it's now only a 1:20 reverse and it is Keating and good things generally happen with Keating.

Have fun and good luck."

Filing says OS about 65m:

quote:
Accordingly, upon the effectiveness of the Reverse Split, and following the issuance of the Shares to KI Equity under the Purchase Agreement and the share cancellations by the Former Principals and Ponce, QuikByte will have approximately 64,702,451 shares of common stock outstanding, subject to the round up for fractional shares in connection with the Reverse Split.

gotta admit, though, I don't see how pps rise from .01 to .03 makes a 4-bagger... but, hey, if Jim likes Keating's plays, sounds like sumpin' to watch...

I agree, Tex. Jim is pretty savvy. I have radared this stock but think I will wait to see that the Reverse Split has been enacted first. The reverse split would signal that a merger is comming. Can't see Keating sitting on a shell too long.

Yes sir, a 4x bagger!
I bought this at .007 awhile back and sold
at just under the current close of .03 .
And to think this was next to nothing
just a coupla short months ago before
running to almost a nickel.
Not a bad run on that score.
I'll still take the four aces
with no complaints.

I still think this one has a lot of potential.
Especially with Mr. Keating at the helm.
He specialty is R/M and his track
record speaks for itself.
Could this be the next LFZA?
I don't know.
But the makings are there.
I suspect a small pullback after
which I'm jumping in again for
the volatility play.
To quote Buzz Lightyear:

Let 'er rip, Buzz.
