DC Brands International CEO Answers Results of the Day
Today, DC Brands International (PINKSHEETS: DCBI) President and CEO Richard J Pearce said, "Our phone has been ringing off the hook all day with the Chicken Little set; no the sky is not falling. Nothing happened today other than penny pinchers taking profits. Good, get rid of them, take out the guys who bought in at $.03 -.06 or so, let them go. I think it is actually comical how people sit around wringing their hands like this. I guess if they can't play nice, we will just have to hold back some of what would have been this week's best news to let them get out of the way for a few days. We had something breaking tomorrow on our first national account with Turn Left, but I don't like to reward stupidity. We will be here day after day, week after week, year after year. I did not think about retiring when it went up 1,000% and I am not panicking because irrational people have a meltdown; just stay tuned."

Bobcat, I just read your other thread.on this stock. That CEO is even more interesting than Rufus Paul Harris (CSHD)!

Good morning ladies:
To those of you, to whom the following does not apply, thank you for all of your LOGICAL, well thought out comments and support. For the very few rest of you, I want to get this off my chest once and for all. Since my interview on the Wall Street Reporter last week, we have been inundated with calls from REAL investment firms and the like. Although we have heard similar comments in the past, one stuck out head and shoulders above the rest. A mid-sized firm from LA called and after 10 minutes of pleasantries, the gentleman said and I quote. “Your company seems well positioned for great things. I have to ask, why would you allow that **** on your Dickens Site to exist; he chuckled and said other than gathering all your *******S in one basket so they are easier to keep track of, I cannot see why you would allow that to go on” I laughed and explained it is such an insignificant amount of people that we just like to give the hens a place to cackle. He went on to say, “I personally do not pay any attention to that kind of diatribe because in my experience, it is usually a bunch of busybodies who fancy themselves as Wall Street wizards who have $5,000 - $10,000 or less in the game and want a seat in the boardroom.” END QUOTE! That’s the impression you gurus give to the outside world; as we kill ourselves to build the company up, you do all you can to tear it down!
For so many months, we have watched so much negative psychobabble from you hand wringing wash women it makes me sick. You have absolutely no idea what the hell you are talking about! Please stop distorting our words. First, please understand this once and for all. The reverse is going to happen because it is THE RIGHT THING for the company. Maybe not for some of your personal selfish goals, but for the overall long term health of the company, it is the only move at this time. Also, please try to understand, I personally control the majority of shares. Any move we make affects me more severely than anyone else, more than EVERYONE else combined. For some of you, this may be difficult to figure out without an abacus? This is because you are such narrow minded, short sighted, pitiful be nothing do nothing excuses for life. Yes, of course we know things no one else knows yet, we have lots and lots of great things in the works that make this the right thing to do. That is what strategic planning is all about; setting up your shots months and years down the road. Will there be a pull back after the reverse, maybe, so what? THE STOCK PRICE DOES NOT AFFECT THE COMPANY ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS at this stage of the game.
All though there are many reasons to do the reverse, by far the most prominent is the fact that it gets rid of penny traders which to us will be like the 2nd coming! It invites real inventors who do their home work, then place their money in a company and a management team that they believe in and then shut up and let the team do their job. Based on the fact that we are in the top 3% of performed in the last 5 weeks in the entire market it think it is safe to say we have been doing just that. If you do not feel that way, then you are more than likely one of the same sorry, negative jerks that just a month ago was ****ging about how we would never come back. It was over for us, the sky was falling, etc, etc. To those of you who fit this PLEASE LISTEN… GET OUT! We were at .07 back then. Now we are up a several hundred percent in that short amount of time. If you do not believe in us, WHY, WHY, WHY are you not taking your profits and running; Nostradamus. Think how hard you can laugh when we inevitably implode like you are predicting.
As for you geniuses with the crystal balls and a disinformation campaign you have waged, please write this down.
#1: To the moron that says we are doing the reverse to make room so the company can sell more shares… (Everybody get a pen and write this down.) We have never, do not and will not be selling stock from the company. A NON REPORTING PINK CANNOT DO THAT! Not without a full offering, disclosure docs, etc; nor can the owner, affiliates or management. You don’t think the SEC would have found that little bit of information by now with all we have been through? IDIOT! So the rest6 of you please take that little tidbit into advice next time you are seeking council from your resident sage.
Also, prior to quoting me, at least remove your head completely from your ass so you can actually hear the words. I never said we bought a Vitamin water company! I said “we acquired a local VITAMIN company that will play a large roll in our future plans.” Some of you ladies are actually out searching Colorado based vitamin water companies. Where do you find the time?
I never said I want to sell the company EVER! As a matter of fact, I said to the contrary, “I have never gone to work thinking about the day we would sell our company, because that is a fool’s errand.”
What I did say was, “It would be less than prudent for me as a CEO to not think through possible exit strategies.” See girls that’s my PART of this job! After all, what kind of dim-witted, half-assed moron would not think 2-3-4 years down the road and make the necessary steps now… silly question. I guess a lot of them are reading this right now.
Another Dill Weed speculated about a potential private offering at the Vegas meeting and pontificated that he doubted that we ever closed our last one in November (Because he personally had not heard from even one person that checked in with him I guess to let him know what they had done.) Now isn’t that ironic. People that actually put money into the company do not get on the **** and bash the company, nor clear their decisions with those who do? WOW, who would have seen that coming? For your information and for the record, yes WE DID SUCCESSFULLY CLOSE THAT OFFERING and all of those participants are VERY HAPPY! Because the participated on the last round, they will get 1st chance at any future rounds, and all indications are 100% want in. How does Wall Street operate without your guiding hand?
The examples go on and on and what’s great is I would guess if the most active of you and the guilty to who this letter is addressed where to cash in all of your shares tomorrow and combine them, it would make a month’s payroll at the company. Yet you want to second guess and pretend to better understand what we are doing than we do! Where do you get those balls and why can’t you find them when you really need them?
As for the complete lack of professionalism, I would ask that you attempt to understand that this **** was meant for serious investors to have a forum to discuss ideas, not to banter about the recent price of man splooge, vacation plans, birth announcements, etc. What the hell is wrong with you people? You post stuff like that, and then want your opinion to count in a business setting!
Here is how I see it. We have THOUSANDS of investors. If you count up ALL the people that routinely use this ****, it is less than 30 people and it is less than half of them that this letter is addressed to. So why don’t the people getting angry right now, while you read this, because you are feeling a guilty and know who you are, JUST GO HAUNT SOMEONE ELSE! We have a great company to build and although it would be a struggle to stay afloat without your constant anchor around our necks, I believe we will find a way to tread water. I am sorry if you are offended, but SO ARE WE! My job is not to coddle you. It is to protect the vast majority of shareholders who share their disdain for your meddling with us.
Now, please girls, go back to watching Ice Dancing on Days of Our Lives or whatever the hell you people do in between ***** sessions. We are just a little bit busy!

I think you're giving yourself a bit too much credit. People assume you are male because you post here, and probably 95% of the people who post here are male. It as nothign to do with whether you seem like you know what you're talking about or not. If what you said were true, we'd also likely assume that anyone that sounds like an idiot is female, and I doubt any of us do that either.

back on topic, I feel that this thing is going to do the reverse and be over a $1 so they can get on NASDAQ .From the sounds of things that might be doing a deal with pepsi. shareholder meeting sounds like a big announcement to the future of the company. fwiw, I am a shareholder and have made a rather large return on it over the last two years.
