Hey pappy. I can tell what the stock will be worth after the R/S. 9.6 million shares at .0001 = a total of $960. If you own 1 million of them right now before the split, then your shares will be worth .0001 very soon again after the r/s. For every $100 of stocks you won now, it will be divided by 8334 = a little over a penny. Your stocks will be worthless in just a short time. They will then begin to do the same things over again to attract more new investors and will sell billions of shares to them. they get fat and you lose your shirt. Simple math. There will be no income other than selling stocks. It's all a scam and has been for years. Sorry Pappy, but you've lost your investment. Hopefully you didn't have too much in this and it will be a great lesson for you. By the way, I am not a basher, just telling it like it is. I lost on this as well after over two years of promises, I saw the light months ago, but have been unable to sell since then - even at .0001.

I watched this one regularly for any signs of
life without ever jumping in.
Glad I didn't.
Dan always vowed he would never R/S the stock
and, true to his word, he never did.
I think he deserves some credit for that.
However, once he turned it over to the
new CEO the handwriting was on the wall.
I was PMing one guy that threw thousands
of dollars into this thing convinced it
was going to R/M and take off.
All I would say is NEVER toss more than
a few C notes at any triple zero.
My sympathies to those trapped in the
pending R/S.

Important!!! Question to Paul:
From a SmallCapVoice audio interview last year, we were told that insiders owned 56% of the OS. It had been speculated that the amount grew to as large as 66%. Can you confirm or deny that at least 40 BILLION shares were converted to rule 144 restricted shares (post RS 4.8 million)? If not, it must be that they transferred the shares to another party who can sell without a care about the rest of us?

His reply:
Anytime shares transfer from Free trading over to another person, in this instance from Dan to me, they become restricted for one year. The FT does not pass along to the new person holding the shares. So to answer your question, all 66% of the majority shares are classified under Rule 144. Hope this helps.

Paul

My follow-up:
Yes, it does help. Would you confirm a ballpark estimate of how many shares Dan sold you. Did Dan and Ian really sell you 66% of the OS? If not, could you hint at how much?

His reply:
Your number is correct.

After R/S the pps will be .83 and the new O/S will be 65M, so that means they had 541.7 billion before the R/S. We'll see how long it takes to get back to that level.

Those stuck holding this POS will likely be
unable to dump their shares at opening bell.
My guess is they'll wait until the price
drops to .40 or so before any trading
is allowed online.

Down .71 cents today and should be back to .0001 within a week. All these stocks do the same thing eventually. You can't hold onto these long term they are for daytrading only.If People tell you to hang onto these micro stocks long term run away. They are this low for a reason,Either a scam or ready to go under.Don't be fooled by PR hype.get into stocks that are established with good earnings and have withstood the market ups and downs.I learned my lesson with these stocks.I have made money with companies with a good track record. If you want to play these pink sheet or otc stocks you would be better off going to a casino - better odds.

pappy, are you a newby? have you been able to trade even at .10? No! You won't be able to trade until it gets to around a penny. This is exactly as I predicted. Now, you can watch it go below .10 today and then skid back into .0009 and then to .0001 again. They will run their sales of shares back up to their original a/s and do it again. They will never actually make money other than by selling shares and doing r/s. Eventually, they will close the doors.

up to .19 (+42%) today. Keep and eye on this to see if it can hold or go up for any period of time. That is to get out of it, not into.

XTend Medical (XMDC) Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement With Diabetes Detection, Inc., a Silicon Valley Company

XTend Medical to Be First to Market Global Diabetes Technology to Millions of Physicians

SUN VALLEY, CA, Sep 28, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- XTend Medical Corporation (PINKSHEETS: XMDC) announced the company has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Diabetes Detection, Inc. of Palo Alto, CA, manufacturer of medical testing devices.
Under the terms of the agreement, XTend will sell and distribute all medical device products developed by DDI for use in the early detection of diabetic neuropathy. Neuropathy detection is used to determine the extent to which diabetic patients lose feeling in their outer extremities. DDI's current medical testing device was developed in a pager unit wherein physicians have a mobile medical device that can check the vibration threshold of the patient, thereby determining their neuropathic loss. This can help the physician in determining the proper course of treatment to minimize any further damage to the patient's extremities and lower patient costs significantly.

"We're extremely pleased to finalize this agreement with DDI. Our company now has an additional medical device to market and sell to major healthcare companies so they can diagnose neuropathy levels in patients and assist in preventing further damage to the patient, while saving the managed care companies additional costs of patient care. With the global market of diabetic neuropathy increasing, the potential sales of this unit alone in the U.S. could well exceed $150 million over the next 3-4 years," stated Mr. Paul D. Lisenby, Chairman and CEO of XTend Medical.

Here is what will happen with this stock. The price is surprisingly higher than normal for a r/s right now. I will bet that most of you have not had the new symbol entered into your account where you are able to trade yet. Before that happens, this stock will go south on you. You will lose. You won't make anything on this.
