Reliant Set to Re-Launch Wednesday February 28, 7:30 am ET
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reliant Home Warranty Corporation (OTCBB:RHWC - News) President & CEO Boyd Soussana announced today that after much refinement Reliant's Canadian subsidiary, Reliant Home Mortgage Canada Inc., will start accepting mortgage applications on March 1, 2007.
The launch will at its outset exclusively utilize the market coverage of its existing national broker network. The launch will incorporate a revamped online underwriting system that significantly decreases the time required by a broker to submit applications.
"While a long time coming we are confident that we have the right combination of product and partners to ensure Reliant's capture of a its portion of the Canadian sub-prime mortgage business," stated Mr. Soussana.
The company plans on achieving profitability by the 3rd Quarter of this year.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reliant Home Warranty Corporation (OTCBB:RHWC - News), Steven Hamilton, Sr VP announced today, after considerable refinement, Reliant's Canadian subsidiary, Reliant Home Mortgage Canada Inc., will close the funding of its first pool of mortgages on April 16, 2007.
