The financials will be audited and then there will be a much better sense of confidence with this stock. It will start going up just because people will feel more confident to hold it instead of flipping and daytrading it, IMO. The 15th is just a few days away!

wow ... cant believe this is going down so much ... looks like MM's are trying everything to bring it down ... and maybe cases of people flipping the stock

I spoke with Theresa at PNMS today, she said that us diehard shareholders will be greatly rewarded and that MT was totally disgusted with the shorting and manipulation going on with the company. MT holds 500 million and this Theresa, I spoke with today also holds shares. I guess we just have to be patient and wait. I know the feeling, today, I changed my sell order like 10 times and finally called to see what was up. After talking with her I cancelled my sell order completely. She did say that a/f's will definitely be out on Thursday and the buyback would probably take up to 2 weeks to get figured out, if they do go that route. Do remember though that this is from the investors department of PNMS and nothing is guaranteed here, just that they are promising we will be justly rewarded. MT has pretty much been a man of his word so far, hence me cancelling my sell orders today. Hopefully this all comes out smelling like a rose!!!!!! GLTA

In the past, PR's have usually come out in the afternoon. When we see the volume increase, we will know it is close.

The Nov. 15th financial news came out at 2pm. So probably when these will come out, also, but just guessing, like everybody else!!!

buys are flowing in steady at EOD -- after hours PR = gap in the AM oops - with odd sell order here and there -- she's riding the 5 day MA nicely --- all signs are good IMO...

Got another buy in today at .003, hopefully it will pay off. After watching ETIM all day go up, up, and away, I am kicking myself for not keeping everything there. Hopefully this POS will do something tomorrow!!!

Great News!!!!!!!! March 15th, 2007 I am in Panama and have today attended a marathon session of meetings. Representatives from all four regions of Pan America Sociedad Anonima (MMVII) were in attendance, as well as the council of Fundacion Pan America, to voice their opinions and make decisions while allowing each region to act in accordance with it’s way of doing business.
Throughout all of the meetings, I was cognizant of the fact that today was the promised date to deliver the certified financials back to the shareholders. We discussed this throughout the meetings and spoke with representatives from the government along with legal counsel representing Fundación Pan America. Due to Panamanian law, I could personally face civil and criminal charges for publishing the financials of private companies. These companies are protected by the foundation and are not accountable to the public regarding the release of financials.
I was, however, able to get special permission from both the government and counsel to allow me to release confirmation of the liquid assets as off December 31, 2006. What I can now present to you as certified as follows: $50 million that PANAMERSA Corporation has in escrow, $27.4 million earmarked for expansion, and $19,888,475.00 in the operating account.
Because of the late hour at which I received this information our Web team is unable to post the specific documents showing the certifications, as well as legal documents outlining the legal opinions of Panamanian law and regulations that make the full certification of information impossible. I will have these documents posted as soon as I am able – most likely tomorrow or Monday.
I will send out a press release tomorrow outlining all of the events from today’s meetings. . I’m clearly excited about the decisions we made and know that you will be too. We are moving forward at great speed and with great strength.
