so i call the company and some woman answers the phone. Get this: she tells me that the company is in the process of talks, etc., with a number of other companies - soon as things are finalized it will be made public.

If you go back and listen to the interview with the CEO of GITH. He speaks of 2 of his key execs. One of which is Laurie Karr. Well I just verified that she works at the Core Technology Solutions office!
