"Based on American Asia Petroleum's latest financial information filed on Pinksheets.com, the Company had over $11 million in shareholder equity. This represents approximately $0.005 per share"
This was in the December Brass Bulls PR.
If you simply divide the 11 million dollars in equity they reported by $0.005 per share that represents, you get 2.2 billion shares. Since Brass Bulls bought 6% of the outstanding based on that calculation of .005 worth of equity per share, you have to figure they knew what the outstanding is at the time.
Or another way is multiply 2,200,000,000 by .005 and you get $11,000,000 which is what Brass Bulls said the shareholder equity is worth.

Looks like the MMs will let AAPM go soon. It has the potential to run like CHNW. Huge volume for 3 days. This is a real company with ann rev of 35 M$. The market cap is only 750 K$. Watch it.

Looking to enter this today but with the spread a bit wide i'm thinking may one more chance at some 3's before it runs. Nice Volume and wow the CMF has been green, green, green. If it runs like CHNW or anywhere close, my goats and chickens will get some special food this weekend.

AAPM will run because the MMs have been working on it for 4 months, they took the pps down to collect shares at the bottom. Now, they are shifting to the next phase - raising the pps to unload their inventory. This is a good chance to take a ride with them -- if you get in early.

Looks like the panic selling was due to 10:1 R/S. The company also promised to promot the pps with PRs. Most R/S are bad for currect stock holders. This one will be an exception, because the market cap is only 2% of the fair value. The MMs tried to keep the pps at 0.0002, but it's back to 0.0003 now. Hold your shares tight, the MMs will cash in very big soon.

I saw the link, its appears to be true we have a RS * a 10:1 Ratio. And most people are holding atleast a couple million shares. In a few months when this is * .50-.75 I don't know about you, but I wouldn't mind 50k-75k per million I have right now.
Who knows what news might come to us, if the numbers are as good as the PR stated, this might be a prime buyout target. IMO

Will, I've seen your posts and respect your trading, and longevity here, but I can't say I've seen a reverse split that has been good for shareholders, regardless of company worth.
One exception may have been NORD, I mean NDOL, I mean NWOG. However, you had to hold on for the huge ride down just to see a double later. Even after all is said and done, the pps is subpenny again today. I watched this one really closely when the RS was announced because they had $150 BILLION in potential oil revenues.

The R/S is only 10:1, and the impact of R/S on pps is over, it's back to 2 X 3. So the only problem is dilution after the R/S. We still have to see the official notice of the R/S.

Hi, B_troy. One example that R/S does not hurt is MSEP, now msem. After R/S the pps became 0.11, and within 2 weeks, the pps hit 0.20 several times. Most R/S have a factor of 100 or bigger, and they don't have rev. This one has a chance because the facotor is only 10 and they have ann rev of 35 M$. Just give her 6 weeks, and she will show her potential. The O/S of this stock has not changed in the past 3 months, very rare among the pinks.

Very interesting. I didn't play MSEP. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if the RS is for "long term stockholder equity", then it's BS. You can even use MSEP as an example: it's at .07 today.
If you didn't get out when it went to .20, because you had faith in the company, well, you know the story.
Does anyone know if the RS actually took place already, or if it was a typo in the filing?

All bottom play for pinks should be short term only - one should get out during the run.

It's your gamble. For a new player, I suggest that you use paper tracking for at leat 6 weeks before playing rhe real game. I hope 10/13 can offer you some valuable tips that she has collected.
