I picked up 200k today at the ask .0045 Just a matter of time now. This will be back in the penny's. Anything under .005 I will be adding and waiting patiently for the payday.

yep, look at that indicator, last time it was this low was 7 months ago, and look how well it bounces from it. do they dare drag it along that -100 williams indicator?.. i dont know, i doubt it.. if they do, it will be even more prime.

Very excited to see the next run on this one, definitely a gem here. Profitable company with an insanely low O/S, gotta love it...

someone tried to get filled at the ask which was .004 at first, then went to .0045 and they only filled 10000 shares, ive watched level 2 on this for a while and mm's usually never paint this or mess with it, at least yet, lol.. its a very small float. IMO, they filled only 5000 at .004 and person upped it to .0045 and they still didnt fill it. mirrored it as one trade. regardless, there were no shares at .004 or .0045 imo for sale, and a false wall, never know though, im not an mm. who knows what tomorrow brings ??

because of the volatility.. scottrade sux.. i think they are the only one restricting it. you have to call your broker and place your buy order.. i had no probs buying online with amtd.

We should file a joint SC-13G and take control, lol...
ya know? I've seen that proposed and bandied about... *would be* interesting to see that played out. Am not saying *do that,* but it would be interesting...
This is one of the few actively trading, fully reporting stocks that it would actually be possible with. Of course the price would go up as shares are accumulated, but, 10 people put in $3000-$10000 and they could likely get a 51% voting interest, and effectively have elective power over the company. Heck, if a couple of us on this board filed a joint SC-13G we'd at least have a vote at the next shareholders meeting. Interesting to say the least...

Don't most companies have hostile takeover prevention policy/programs.

That's a good point. They have 189,000 preferred shares out that carry a higher voting power, I believe. So, that is sort of a "built-in" takeover protection. I wasn't able to view their articles of incorporation on the state of Nevada site, but I assume that's where a takeover policy would be if they have one. It's not in the 10Q/K, unless I overlooked it, which is entirely possible.
That said, a takeover policy still wouldn't prevent a few of us from pooling together 850,000 shares and having a 5% voting interest.
Pretty cool to wax about anyway...

It's been a great flipper for me Tex. Low float and low pps make it nice and bouncy.
As far as assets are concerned, they generate over $2,000,000 in revenues yearly and they have a pretty good quick ratio of 1.37 (1.1mil current assets/827k current liabilities), and over $500,000 cash on hand, so the balance sheet isn't bad. They do, however, operate at a loss, despite the revenues. They are in the sewing biz, and are losing money to foreign outsourcing and imports, so, long term investment is questionable. I don't play that way anyway, I am a bottom fisher/flipper, but this one is a real gem IMO. It's one of the few companies down here that doesn't have a bloated o/s, no revenues, and a crooked CEO; they actually are transparent. A rarity here.
As for the voting interest thing, I was just thinking aloud really, wouldn't be worth the headache unless I really wanted a piece here. I'm a bad man though, love 'em and leave 'em...
