Hopefully they wont since they havent been hit with the dreaded E that I can find. I think that they need to put a few PR's out that explain what the company is doing. That would help get people interested I believe. Oh well, I will just add when I can. TMAN...

not good when DOMS is willing to fill so many shares this low, the ask is slowly coming down and down. now near .004 is a double. No adding for me as im a little concerned about naked selling. maybe dilution, but the weekly chart is on a death spiral. and its got naked short written all over it. i still really like the filings and can not figure pps out. as for rule 6530, what can you say except company are idiots. but I think if something was going to happen it would have already, the day they missed filing, who knows, nothing surprises me in penny pos world, lol.. all i can say about SEWC right now though is what a POS ! lol

You beat me to it Cactus. lol. They are expanding, with the new pipeline posse line, they have added an additional 10000 feet of work space and are expecting increased revs. So maybe we are in the right place at the right time. Also the OS did go up but not as much as I thought. Now if they will just PR their new line and get it in the mainstream media that would help imo. TMAN...

thanks for that info, good news, I just glanced at it, little busy. well its still a solid little company. yes, some sort of pr to put the company on the radar would be nice. seems like something may come with pipeline posse, thats the best bet for pr i guess. take care

yup. My guess is that the small amount of dilution on file will be 90% done. I expect an o/s close to 30mil (31mil would be fully diluted)
27mil o/s this time around, man I'm good!
They are still cranking out revenues, O/S still under control.
I still feel good about this one, it WILL have it's day...

Why is scottrade telling me " Unable to enter the order because the limit price is not valid. Orders for Listed stocks may include up to two decimal places."

I agree skip, I was figuring that the OS would be between 32 and 35mm. 27 is more better. Hell 20% of the OS has traded just today and it craps back to 3. WTF??? I still dont know enough to figure out why this would drop like a rock unless the MM's need shares in a bad way. Any ideas are appreciated. TMAN...

i just think people flipped the crap outta it, it should form a decent base again here from all the buying earlier, I have no idea who sells at .003 here after that run, but what can you do?
