Centrex Inc. Releases Interim Financials For The Company
http://www.centrexglobal.com/PR2006Financials.html SAN DIEGO -- December 19, 2006-- Centrex, Inc. (OTC Pinksheets:CTXI) today released its interim financial statements on Pinksheets.com. The financials cover the years 2004, 2005 and the first nine months of 2006.
Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Centrex, Inc., “The financial report reflects the business activity in Centrex up to September 30, 2006, which is prior to its change in business focus to MicroCars and the international license agreement we acquired on October 10, 2006. Prior to these events, we had acquired a small chain of video stores with the idea to expand into the online video service. Total revenues in 2006 were from the video distribution subsidiary and nearly 60% of the operating expenses were attributable to that subsidiary as well. Management has made the decision that the MicroCars project will be the Company’s primary focus on a go forward basis.”
Added Mr. Flannery, “I do want to note that we have made some progress in reducing the company’s debt from 2005 to the present. I expect to show even greater improvement by the end of the year. Also, we have tried to minimize operating expenses until the business was more fully functional and I believe we have done a very good job at containing those costs.”

SAN DIEGO -- December 19, 2006-- Centrex, Inc. (OTC Pinksheets:CTXI) today announced that its Board of Directors and a majority of the Company’s shareholders have approved the name change to MicroHoldings US, Inc. The name change has been filed with the State of Oklahoma and the Company is in the process of requesting a change in its ticker symbol.
Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Centrex, Inc., “After working with the people at MicroCars for the past year, we have decided that the timing is right to dedicate our efforts in the area of automobile manufacturing. The MicroCar system is unique and has already generated a lot of interest in the marketplace. We would be remiss not to focus our resources and efforts on the expansion of MicroCar manufacturing to every country that could benefit from it.”
Centrex recently acquired MicroCars International, a subsidiary of the Sri Lanka automobile manufacturer, MicroCars, Pvt. Ltd., which gave Centrex the rights to license the MicroCars manufacturing process internationally. The Micro Cars facility is labor intensive unlike US and Western plants that rely on expensive automation and robots. The system was designed for countries such as Sri Lanka that have low labor rates but a need for high quality, inexpensive vehicles. More information on the MicroHoldings-US, Inc. can be found at www.microholdings-us.com. Information on MicroCars, Ltd. can be found at www.microcars.lk.

i still am thinking that huge volume friday looks very suspicious. the application for the name change went thru on december 6, so they new about it prior to the big volume on the 15th. probably why the easy walkdown, letting people freak, bidwhack and cover their shares...eagerly waiting. may take a little time, but i would venture to guess within the next 2 weeks we see a big multiday pop as the momo comes in...

I am sorry that you feel your investment in Centrex was a bad one. IT is hard for me to reply to all the people who write. I wish I could. Also, I can't control much of what goes on with the activity that takes places with these stocks. Pinksheet companies and especially companies, such as Centrex, that are trying to develop a new business are very, very risky investments.
Will the price in Centrex come back up to where you can recoup your investment? I can only say I believe so. I am doing what I can to make that happen. On the other hand, should you be risking your family's financial future investing in ANY pinksheet company? Absolutely NOT!
Stop gambling and begin looking at other ways to grow your wealth. In the meantime, you have my word, for whatever value you take that for, that I will build Centrex into a real company with real value.

Couple hours ago I would've believed that, but it closed nicely with only 1 MM at 0011 and about 6-7 bidding at 001. Obviously next week it could get that low, but if any of the rumors are true about news (it better not be more fluff) then we shouldn't see that low...atleast I hope...lol
Show us something good Jeff!!

MicroHoldings US, Inc. (Formerly Centrex Inc.) Acquires 40% of MicroCars, Ltd., a Sri Lankan Manufacturer of Automobiles
2007-01-08 07:50 MT - News Release
SAN DIEGO -- (Business Wire)
MicroHoldings US, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CTXI) today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire a 40% equity stake in MicroCars, Ltd. Micro Cars is an 11-year-old company that has successfully designed and operated an automobile manufacturing and assembly facility in Sri Lanka. The transaction requires MicroHoldings US (Holdings) to pay $300,000 in cash over the next six months to MicroCars. Shareholders of MicroCars will also receive warrants in Holdings, exercisable after two years.
Established in 1995, MicroCars, Ltd. is the only automobile manufacturer in Sri Lanka, and offers a unique, cost effective system for assembling quality cars using local labor and available local materials. Created by Dr. Lawrence Perera, previously an engineer at BMW and Volkswagen, MicroCars features a line of vehicles that includes a sedan, a coupe, a minivan and a four wheel drive pickup truck.
Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of MicroHoldings US, Inc., “The decision by both Parties to take this step was the result of working together for over a year and seeing the benefit of establishing a closer working relationship. MicroCars has achieved a high level of success in Sri Lanka and has a lot of room to grow in the coming years. At the same time, its unique manufacturing and assembly operation is a model that we believe can be successfully replicated in other developing countries. We look forward to helping MicroCars expand and succeed in both Sri Lanka and around the world.”
Holdings previously acquired a subsidiary of MicroCars, MicroCars International, which gave Holdings the international licensing rights to foreign car and plant sales. This new agreement supersedes that previous agreement, formalizing those international rights and providing Holdings with the 40% equity position in MicroCars in exchange for the cash payments. Holdings management has indicated that the cash payments for this transaction will come from private investors.
The Micro Cars facility is labor intensive unlike US and Western plants that rely on expensive automation and robots. The system was designed for countries such as Sri Lanka where low labor rates can be matched with a need for high quality, inexpensive vehicles. According to figures released by MicroCars, the plant is currently producing about 35 to 40 cars per months and has the capability to produce as many as 600 per month. The MicroCars sedan and coupe sell for about $5,000 each. The Minivans sell in Sri Lanka for about $10,000. The company also assembles a SUV under license to the Korean car maker Sanyan and sells that vehicle for about $40,000 per unit.
