Regulation SHO took effect January 3, 2005, and provides a new regulatory framework governing short selling of securities. SBSH = Citigroup Global Markets Inc. has been at the top of the ask and bid for a few weeks, churning .0001 all day, all week, and pushing the ask as low as possible every chance they get, so UBSS is not alone. Etrade doesn't seem as bad as those two, UBSS is supposedly based in Sweden, Citigroup GLOBAL also smacks of offshore naked shorting. Amazingly, the worst street pimp Knight Equity Markets NITE who has a reputation for shady activity is being outdone by most of them. Then again, they are probably handing our shares back and forth between eachother regularly. Neat trick when 4 or 5 MM's change their bid or ask simultaneously. Must be coincidence, right? UBSS, NITE and SBSH are all at the same ask price again, .005 and .007 are close, but they will make sure it stays low until they are good and ready. Business as usual. Don't expect SEC enforcement of naked shorting anytime soon, there are too many donuts left to consume on the taxpayers dime. Phantom Lapboard Shipping PR or Manufacturing info PR will do it for us imo.

I hope it keeps going for you. But don't be naive, when one group starts dumping they will all start dumping. And also, yesterday was frontload day, go look at the chart. Classic frontload.

The Company has closed a financing with John Fife, the managing partner of the Chicago Venture Partners, L.P. to help fund manufacturing and marketing of the Phantom(R) Wireless Lapboard and Phantom(R) Wireless Laser Mouse.

Seems our little baby is very anticipated. It's already available on the Phantom site, and it supposed to hit retailers by 2007. I'm not gonna chase this up when they announce a deal with a major.
