PLYCF NEWS out today 12/06 looks very good and from what I hear more to come:
Playstar settles old debt of $500K and prepares for migration to United States jurisdiction PR Newswire - December 06, 2006 08:30 Playstar Corporation (PLYCF:PK)
TORONTO, Dec 06, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Playstar Corporation is pleased to announce that is has reached an agreement with old creditors of around $500,000 for 15 cents on the dollar. All agreements have been signed and the funds are sitting in trust with our lawyer Michael Krone in New York to be paid immediately.
The company has also retained the legal firm of Alice Roberts & Co. in Antigua to immediately work with our United States securities lawyer to prepare for migration to a US jurisdiction. We hope to call a shareholders meeting for approval in the next short while.
Stewart Garner states, "This debt has been on our books from the previous business and took time to address each and every one of them. This now clears the way for us to get our certificate of good standing with the Antiguan government so we may proceed to our USA jurisdiction. Our goal is to now move forward with our accountants and auditor to get all filings up to date and refile for a bulletin board listing sometime in quarter 1 of 2007."

nice from Sharkster
Dear all,
It seems that PLYCF has found a new bottom at 0.0330. Apparently it seems that every time PLYCF puts out a press release , the price drops down.
PLYCF does better on its own without news. But we are expecting a big press release tommorow regarding a huge deal that is to be conducted.
PLYCF is a long term play , another two weeks it should be in the 0.08 range and maybe even higher.
The CCI indicator on PLYCF is ready to cross here , and should head back up from here. It is forming a doji on the daily chart. Macd looks to be crossing as well.
The mm's probably did a great job scaring out many shareholder positions and were sucessful at doing that.
But the best thing to do is just add and enjoy these cheap prices on PLYCF . This will be profitable in the long run.
PLYCF is going to do nicely this week and the week after.More prs to come.
Many things to look forward to on PLYCF : 1) Huge short . MM's are covering. 2) They are going to OTCBB January 07 3) Reducing debt.
They are going to qualify to trade in the new subclassification for the pinks in 2007 , which is not too far away , which is another bonus for the company.

I don't put much credence in anything Sharkster says, but I am long here at .045 and not quite sure why this continues to drop; still I am comfortable with the company and potential here...

You guys are beating a dead horse at this point. It's had it's run, a lot of money to lose in this stock now. Of course this is just my opinion, but I've been burned so many times after buying on a dip after a huge runup, only to let it go flat or dip further.

PLYCF NICE NEWS this morning...those that sold may want to reconsider at these bargain prices..things are begining to happen here: Playstar pleased to report revenues of $200,000 with earnings and projections for 2007 of $7,000,000 Friday December 8, 8:47 am ET Playstar Corporation (PLYCF:PK)
TORONTO, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Playstar Corporation through its wholly owned subsidiary Premier Mobile Technologies Inc is pleased to announce that it has recorded over $200,000 in revenue through its SMS operations to date. These revenues were generated mostly in November as our short codes were launched in September and October of this year. Our monthly burn rate fluctuates with our development of software and industry consultants to launch various short codes. The company is pleased to be in a positive cash flow this early in its business model as its unaudited net revenue for November is around $72,000.
Premier Mobile currently is in major development of its broad line of short codes throughout North America including :
Also the company is in final stages of acquiring 51% of Function Inc and will be launching proprietary pier to pier games throughout the world.
Based on these numbers and extrapolating them on an annual basis with successful launches of its other short codes we are projecting revenues in excess of $7 million in 2007 .
Stewart Garner states" Our first quarter of revenue looks very promising as a profitable entity but will be re investing major portion in its cash into launching other short codes immediately. Building upon this model and launching our other key codes we came up with revenue projections of $7,000,000 for 2007. We are also working on some distribution partners which could significantly increase those projections. We are excited to launch all of our codes by end of first quarter 2007.
