We are particularly enthusiastic about this transaction because, the Company has a solid business plan and the management team has demonstrated a long history of profitable operations without incurring debt.
We anticipate closing the transaction around the first of next year. This will give us time to complete our full due diligence before finalizing the transaction. An hour earlier would of been ideal. With a 3200% increase already I dont think there is much room at this point.

true, but yesterday's close was at .0005 while the ask was at .01 thus the bigger-than-life % increase variance. we'll see. i don't have much in it, but worth a shot.

M N 1 is talking about VIPM right now. interview is in 5 minutes. should be interesting. this andrew coffey dude seems like just a rambling idiot. he keeps asking if there's a PR out on VIPM about the interview and merger, etc. when it's been out for hours. doesn't he have f'n internet and Yahoo finance?!?!? it's THAT simple. he's a total bear and seemingly an idiot. hopefully these VIPM heads don't fall into his **** and stand their ground with what they're doing and lay it out straight and don't get distracted by coffey's idiocy and malinformation.

i'm still shaking my head at the answers i got to the questions i posed. i'm gonna call him right now and try and give him some enlightenment on direction... such as NO R/S and do a buyback on the 500 mil oustanding. i mean f*ck! it would only take $20,000 to buyback 400 million on the open market and then if this new company has ANY revs at all, and insiders owned 50 million the low public float at 50 million could make this a huge play. geez, f'n idiot, seriously. i'm in shock as to the kind of people that run these companies and PR moves made.

Phat, I think you have a number wrong somewhere. 400million x .005 = $2million not $20,000. Am I missing something?

My scan shows a high of .02 for the day (not .75) with a spread of .0016 x .03 . The MM's are way out of line and using the carrot and the stick trick - one of many in their bag of same. Put yourself in THEIR shoes and ask yourself what YOU would do if you had to make $18k PER DAY for the privelage of trading on the floor. NEVER CHASE THE PRICE!!!
And forgive me if I missed it but exactly where in the PR did it say "reverse merger". All I see is the word "merger" repeated several times over with no mention of a R/M . There's a world of difference between the two where a shell like VIPM is concerned. And the infamous "letter of intent" doesn't give me goose bumps either.
They are NOT a legal and binding contract and I've seen to many of them get tossed in the trash over the slightest disagreement between the parties involved. Not bashing. VIPM is a clean shell with the potential of outrunning LFZA if she can find the right candidate for aquisition. I hope she does.
