Real-time quotes of the bid and ask prices for each individual market maker for a given NASDAQ or OTCBB stock. Level II quotes enable investors to identify the market maker offering the lowest bid-ask spread.

ABE, I KNOW YOU THINK THIS STOCK IS SO GOOD I CAN`T COUNT THE TIMES I`VE READ YOUR THREADS AND YOU TALK AS IF THIS STOCK IS GOING SOMEWHERE. A QUALITY STOCK DOES NOT DERPRECIATE SO QUICKLY. I WAS LMAO WHEN I SOLD AT .0075 IF IT WASN`T A POS IT WOULD BE AT .01 OR GREATER.

You type in caps as if that will make you sound smarter. Watch the news, read the pr's its pretty evident this stock is worth money. Look at the RSI, clearly MM's are shaking people into selling their shares. Once they have enough of them, this will take off...to where I have no idea but it will be back up.

Well I sold the freebies I was riding today and will take my profit and run. I was praising the company and loving everything they were doing....until I found out today that they increased the A/S and O/S which the CEO swore wasn't gonna happen. The numbers I received as of this morning were A/S around 1.8 billion and O/S around 1.3 billion. Thats over 400 million diluted within the last couple weeks, hence the pps falling. I know 99% of pinkys are POS, but this one really had potential and I think they screwed up royally.

Just my 2 cents though....good look to all still in!

I just felt I should state my position beings I've been on here praising the company and sharing the lies they've told me. You never know, It may still be a good play in the long run...I just don't like being lied to and seeing the share structure change so dramatically in such a short period of time. For what its worth...here's the new share structure:

Authorized Shares: 1,750,000,000 (date and number from Delaware SOS site.)
Outstanding Shares: 1,286,316,280 as of 11/01/2006 (source pinksheets)
Shares in Float: 604,771,028 as of 10/27/2006 (source pinksheets)
Based on restricted shares quoted by the company the float should be 1,066,316,280.

nice dd again,JerzeyDevil

i made my $$$ on this already, bought back in today at .0032 (with 1/4 of my profits)....will try to flip when i can and wait til next year for this to hit its big run

IMO
dilution is likely.....lets just see what they do with the $$$$.....is it going to be used to to fund these new business deals they have on going or to line their own pockets like thieves......

at 1.2 billion o/s shares.....doubt it would go much past .05 if it does run ( thus ETIM worth approx. $60 million on paper)....currently about $3.6 million.......room for much improvement if the $$$ is used properly

just doubt this company will ever be worth $100 million+ on paper....ie .08+ per share

hey this thing already ran 900% in the last 3 weeks....what more does anyone expect from a pinky??

going long on a small position >>>flipping to make bigger and we'll see what happens

*****invited ....all sellers, drive it down, so i get a nice big flip, followed buy alittle bounce, another flip.....by early spring i'll be loaded again

GLTA

"drive it down so i can flip'
Sure I'll keep an eye on it also.
Though I'm out Monday, if it does go down and down, I'll buy back in for a flip as well.
There's not enough buying pressure to hold this baby up, she'll sink next 2 weeks.

when their is dilution, the PR machine starts....and this happens quite often with penny plays, ETIM has had alot of PR's in the last 2 months, more than the entire year...the PR machine is a disguise to the dilution until its' too late when you find out (thus you can become a bagholder).......

think about how many stocks you have had this past year that were diluted, and look at the pattern of PR's.....thats why i don't always wish for news
( the old saying ...no news is good news applies well to many penny stocks)

all that said.. dillution is NOT always a bad thing, usually yes, always, no....lets see them spend the $$$ right

Ohio, I was on this board last spring and jumped into stocks on the decline. And lost. I jumped back in this board 2 weeks ago and now am losing. But not as bad.
I'm to blame as i did not do my DD's.
But I'm learning. I can see things much clearer now.
I understand some of what you wrote...no I think now I understand all you wrote, about the dilution and that its relative IF THERE IS SUFFICIENT SOLID NEWS to back it up, and enough news releases.
You know your stuff well.

Now I'm not too smart in some things, but I have what Jung class intuition...when its working that is.
Here's how I see this stock next week.
3 red/2 green.
Of the 3 red's, one red will be big , one mid size, one small reds. The greens will be small.

I'm out monday AM/red I know.

Golf Don't worry about Ohio
Just watch my predictions.
3 Reds/2 Greens next week.
With very few if any opportunities to "flip".
This thing is headed south, as the bulll run was just 2 weeks ago.
It's very very rare that a micro has 2 big runs in one month.
If you learn one new thing everyday, you can win at this thing.
There are rules. And you must learn them.

I've also learned how the PR thing works.

Lets say there are no news for one week, 2 weeks, the price then drops....now what?
...well, you had better keep a very close watch as a whole string of PR's may come out any day...and sure enough they start rolling in...the price rockets...
This is the game.

There is only 1 rule, and that is the MMs will change any rule they want to that will make them money. Look at WWAT. 2 runs in a few weeks. Granted 1 was a huge 1 day run, then it dropped consolidated and headed north again. It is now higher that it was during its 1 day run.

CLBE in January had a huge run, no news, no PR.

This is dead though until the company quits dilluting, and the MMs have many shares.

Yeah I agree, not much to be made in rshn. I'll buy at .0011-.0014 in late dec and sell whenever I have a double.
I'll flip this stock several times next yr and make some money.
The thing here is if everyone flips the hell out of this stock this rise/crash activity all the time non stop, will chase off new investors that might want to hold long.
then we are all screwed.
IOW greed may do us all in at the end. Lets not get so greedy with this stock. Take some profits now and then and leave some value for others to invest in.
If you guys get too agressive with the flip thing, you'll do rshn a disfavor at your profits.
Do I have a commitment from you guys?

Think it over during Christmas time, think about what we will celebrate. The birth of Christ who sacrificed his life that we might have life.
can't you make a tiny sacrifice next yr and keep the flip thing at a minimum with RSHN.
WE may even see this stock rise...god forbib...to ONE CENT [Eek!] [Eek!]
You CAN make it happen. If you flip all the time , it will never ever happen.

Paul, you are still funny. Didn't you lose all of your wife's money by now? Listen to you you say? LOL You bought without any DD in a company.
"A commitment form you guys?" This is not a stock club!!!
Have you even read the lastest PR's from RSHN or understand what is going on with the company? Have you called the company? New free stock divy's for a spinoff company.....

Personally I'm hanging on to what I have at 16, I may flip some stocks but have been reluctant to let go ETIM until maybe next year & even then I will keep some long term. I keep in mind all the contracts they obtained, they are just getting started. As far as RSHN, I just bought more this week at 18.

If you have shares for the coming week then approach with caution, cause anything could happen and if you're out when it takes off again... well you know, the same old mind game..

as Cactus puts it.. "DON'T INVEST ON MY ADVICE"

I can't tell you what to do bud, that would be against Securities Law.

My thoughts are that this is a good investment based on my research and what the company has planned with MLB. I try to stay on point with what the company is doing and that helps me make my choices. hold or not... read the charts, do the DD. Research Research Research. Good luck.

I was here on this forum last spring and lost some money.
here's what I know.
All of these stocks that have many pages of posts have already been palyed out several times in the past months. all have had at least 2 bull runs. So everyone is all excited that they made $$$ of it and keep up the posting. new arrivals come along and think,
"gee must be the real deal"
yet little do they know she's about to head south, or is ina S**T position with no growth at all.

I'm selling monday.
My advise is to wqait til someone posts a symbol with a price, and look at it run. But you must be on the computer all day, and have patience.
I am unemployed due to katrina and so have all day.

I'm still witing to make my first $.
If you learn one thing new every day, by yrs end you'll be successful.
You might see a decent bull run with this stock before yr end, so i'd watch it , and if it dips real low, BUY IN< as then you will see a bull run.
Good luck.
I've been at this game 3 yrs now. and see all my mistakes,

.............................................

to keep it real simple Paul( setting charts/tech aside)follow grandma and grandpas rules with pennies and you'll cut your losses

All of these are simple and old, but SO TRUE w/ pennies

***don't put all of your eggs in one basket

***don't believe everything you hear or read

***buy on the rumor, sell on the news

*** a bird in hand is worth two in the bush

***don't chase leopards, and don't follow snails

if you practice these on most of your trades it will beat 75%+ of the DD out there
**dd is only as good as the sources that originate it...i.e. usually the company

GL Paul..you do make the board a little more humourous

thanks OT, never read these basic but ESSENTIAL "laws to make a buck on pennies and any other stocks"

These ideas became real to me in the past few weeks, its all comming together.

The one about "buy on rumors, sell on news' is something new for me.

I'm trying to figure out what is a 'rumor'. I know to sell on newws.
Take a look at Firestone Mining, canadian, I knew before they posted the news that their guatemalan Torlon hill was super rich in zinc, and also knew about when the results would be posted.
last spring, I did not buy in big, and did not sell at the news.
It went down to close to before news price.....

Anyway glad my posts gives a chuckle.
At least good for something.
have a good weekend....go LSU Tigers!!!!!!
