Normally I might have agreed with you, but the usual suspects weren't on the bid or ask.

It looked like MMs wanted t to move up, but retail sellers were hitting the bid.

squire... you've been around enough to know... that's not a good sign... correct? or am i off in my interpretation of what you're saying?

People keep saying that but I'm not buying it. The A/S is 1.2 billion and the O/S is almost 1 billion....that is as of almost 2 weeks ago. The A/S hasn't been raised and the company states it won't be. The company also swears they haven't sold a share. Now in most cases you can't really trust that, but in this case you almost have to. With only about 200 million that they could possibally dilute, and with the volume over the past week alone being WELL over that, I find it very hard to believe they are diluting here. Just doesn't add up in this case.

as for me... not sure of youre interpretation of 'ME' (i'm not even sure of my interpretation of 'me')...
anytime you're in a 1 billion + O/S play... be happy with what's going on and get the F out as soon as you've made any money at all. jmho.

Yeah I hear that! I already took a profit and am riding free shares now. The main reason I like this play right now is the company has ALOT going for them, especially with the MLB deal. And although the O/S is pretty high, the float is only around 450 millionish and should stay there because the majority of the remaining shares are restricted well into 2007. Thats a very reasonable float for a company like this IMO.

I think it is a good sign. If ARCA was sitting on the ask all day, then it would be bad. I wasn't watching all day, just looked at it a few times and saw SBSS, UBSS, HDSN and ETRD on the bid and ask. That tells me that real people were selling, not the MMS or the company. If CLYP or ARCA was keeping it from running then it would be the company.

I saw the MMs lower the PPS, grab shares, then immediately UT the bid/ask. the 2 times I posted, I saw people hitting the bid to sell their shares. Now if it was to other poeple or to MMs I don't know (who realy does). When people start selling the MMs lowered the bid and ask, then raised it again. IMO the MMs wanted to move this up. Finally towards the EOD poeple started buying and hitting the ask so the MMs moved it up. Great sign IMO.

If you look at the T&S you can see the MMs were moving it up on low volume. It only took 378k shares to move through the 39s. About 1.2 mill got through the 41s. Looks good, IMO.

Looking at the chart, it has good support near 0.0040. On the big run on th e19th you can see slight resistance near 0.0040 and support. Good entry point, based on the chart.

As far as dillution goes, I believe the might have dillluted a bit during the run, but I haven't convinced myself totally. The 60 day price average is 0.0112, almost 2.5 ties the close price. The 30 day price average is 0.0066. The average volume for this before thr run on the 19th is very low. In a business sence it would have been better to dillute prior to the week of October 9th, when it was taken down.

Sorry for the long post.

all good on the long post... that's why i like your sh!t and listen to your posts regularly as it is. i'm somewhat convinced regarding your ideas on company selling/arca/retail sells and movement of the B/A upward trend does make sense.

however, the 'usual suspect' MASS MM games/filters come into play maybe 50% (company/insider vs. true retail) of the time and as you allude to is when HUGE-AZZ orders are being taken... for the sell or buy. the "arca factor" (seen or not) tells me us this for sure... that no major movers are playing the game at the present point and time (so, why should I???). however, that could all change first thing in the morning. (ie dilution/buying, etc., ie.: POS-pinkie-BS-you-know-the-rest-of-the-story).
as always, definitely appreciate your analasys and intel and candid/discussion-oriented points of contact. more is always welcome.

one last point... the dilution gamble... izza-yowzza--mayzabe--ready/not to play that game.....

in my experience, dilution doesn't come in 'bits', it almost seems standard that there's a big P&D run (to some extent unexplained) and then... WHAM!!!!!!!!!!!! dilution... bags... suckville to the n'th degree :-)
when doesn't that happen to someone!!! :-) more news! more news! buy buy buy! next: dump a big poop load in my mouth!!!
ya... :-)

From another board:

Trying to breakout of a downward channel, as soon as it does, it begins its march towards round 2 and multipennies (this is a multi-week play).

Great place to add/average down/load up [Smile] .

$0.05 Target

The Positives & Negatives here (Updated):
1) Deal with Major League Baseball
2) Deal with The American Kennel Club
3) Deal with Precious Moments
4) Deal with The Vatican **Footnote added
5) Huge Sales Potential
6) Absolute HUGE National Attention
6a)Received unprecendented media coverage on many TV News and Radio Shows including CNBC, ESPN, CNN, FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, API, NRP just to name a few...
7) Will be an audited Company
8) Moving to a Higher Exchange
9) Potential Deal with the NFL (imminent IMO)
10) Potential Deal with NASCAR (imminent IMO)
11) Potential Deal with NHL
12) PPs of less than a penny, when we should be at $0.05 RIGHT NOW
13) Obvious Short Position Here
14) ETIM is a part of Sports History
15) This Company INTERESTS many, many people. Not just stock traders have purchased this company, but many sports fans who never trade have purchased as well.
16) 500M Shares are Restricted
17) Absolute HUGE 1000-5000% Potential for shareholders who HOLD!

The Negatives:
1) The CEO & and his responses to the Individual Investor -- There is absolutely NO NEED to let the investor know when a PR is coming. Let it happen, let it be by surprise. Seems to have stopped this!! Very Nice!
2) We have a lot of small-time, short-term traders in here. It appears as though we have weeded many of them out which is VERY nice!

**Footnote for #4 on the List provided by cjm24
------There are 69,135,254 Catholics in the United States (23% of the U.S. population), and 1 billion Catholics worldwide.
The sales potential just for the Vatican Line is great!

Add to the lists if you'd like.
