Got this off another board and thought it was a nice way to end this disappointing week:

I thought this was worth a repost from this morning, with a few additions…good way to end the day and the week.
I have just finished talking to the company..specifically Clint Mytych and we discussed the share situation as it stands today.
As is indicated on pinksheets and the IBOX there are 220 million shares restricted.
In addition to this there are private investor shares that are also restricted with terms that at a minimum are 12 months and some restricted for 24 months. All of these restricted shares will not enter the market before March of 2007.
There are also roughly 300 to 350 million shares being held by the company officers at this time. They are free trading but are not being sold at this time....perfectly understandable under the circumstances.
So What I am hearing is that close to or better than 800 million shares are not in the market at this time. With a total Outstanding shares of 934 million shares that tells me there are only about 134 million tradable shares on the market today.
As to the NOBO situation, Clint said he does need to acquire the OBO list as well as the DTC lists to get a more accurate picture of the short issue which the company is fully aware of at this time. When they have all data in hand they will release their findings in a PR.
Another issue that was addressed was the rumor that BuildingQ is selling shares. This is totally untrue and BuildingQ was not given any shares for their services nor do they have any to sell. Clint wishes that people would not call them since it is not only disrupting their business they have nothing to tell callers except its not them.
I think there is a serious short position on this stock. My feelings about the company considering the Media Coverage and now talking with Clint are very positive going forward.
I see a great future in store for this company and anyone holding shares and buying at this time are going to have a good and prosperous future along with the company.
BTW Clint also said they are flush cash wise and will not be changing the share structure anytime soon...meaning probably not until next year.
The TA took it upon themselves to put the gag on. Clint said he would be talking to them next week to remove the gag so they can be fully transparent to all shareholders.
He also said they have been given a punch list to achieve all the requirements necessary for moving up to the OTC.
I also mention possibly doing a reverse merge for a quicker move which he was not aware of but now is and will also look into that and the costs associated with such.
Clint said this is the only public company he has ever worked with so he is somewhat new but has some great advisors. Before this he worked in the automotive industry and rented cars all over the world…..exotic and high end sports cars. This opportunity came up and he recognized it for what it was and thinks this will not only be a fun business but very profitable.
The profit margin on these items range from around 30 to 50%, which in the corporate world is extremely good.
All I can say is WoW….I think he has a real winner here…and so do we.

I'm not too sure if we will see anything in the next week but I think this is a good long term investment that could provide several hundred percent return from this point IMO . Even if it trades at .03-.05 per share in the next 6-8 months thats 600% - 1000% from where its at . It just seems like this company has too much to offer and given the recent national exposure , this thing is a bomb ready to blow up at any given time .

This has been my thought from day one... that the Market makers are trading ghost shares. I'm holding long term too, but I don't see this really going well and let loose until the MM's start letting it trade. They're still trying to scare shares from us. The only thing it's accomplished for me is, buying more at every dip.

This is something ETIM needs to do also maybe, we should email this article to the CEO.
Silver Screen Studios Looks to Battle TD Ameritrade, E*Trade and Citigroup Saturday, 28 October 2006 Silver Screen Studios Looks to Battle TD Ameritrade, E*Trade and Citigroup NEW YORK, NY, (NAMC) - On Friday an announcement coming from Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB: SSSU), which is a microcap company that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board market, was distributed stating that the company is putting together a report for the NY Attorney General Elliott Spitzer’s office for a possible class action lawsuit.
It plainly stated that the company has retained legal counsel to gather information and develop a comprehensive report of the recent trading activity from the following brokerage firms in regards to Silver Screen Studios stock, TD Ameritrade (NASDAQ: AMTD), E*trade (NYSE: ET)and Citigroup (NYSE: C) Capital Markets.
They further added and I quote "We feel the egregious conduct of TD Ameritrade, E-Trade and Citigroup Capital Markets needs to be investigated for market collusion and manipulation of the small investor and OTCBB companies."
Now there are hundreds of companies that trade on the OTC Bulletin Board exchange and throughout the years have made claims of potential market manipulation, illegal shorting etc. But rarely have these claims been acted on by the enforcement agencies. Of course public companies that trade on the NYSE, Nasdaq or Amex would get more attention as OTCBB traded companies often are not on the high priority list.
The possible reason for this is that so many scandals have come out of the OTCBB market over the past decade or so, some of which are not widely known, but they have and will probably continue to happen. So although Silver Screen is taking steps to expose something in regards to the trading activity of their stock I wouldn't hold my breath. We are in an election year and a claim from an OTCBB stock is low man on the totem pole.
So perhaps the company will need to add value to the company to battle the public markets.

Sad, but humorous. The MMs keep lining up the L2s to move up, but then some seller comes by and sells to them at the bid. They must have a ton of cheap shares.
Someone PM me once we get to 0.0045 on the bid so I can jump in.

Trying to move here EOD. Heard rumor of news tommorrow from a pretty reliable source. If we get a little pop here, could be good indication that it's true.

Normally I might have agreed with you, but the usual suspects weren't on the bid or ask.
It looked like MMs wanted t to move up, but retail sellers were hitting the bid when I posted earlier today. Looks like EOD they finally moved it up.
