does anyone think with the nobo list this could ever see .005

NOBO is nothing more then a tool and very inaccurate at that. With it
you can get an idea of how many naked shorts exists but not at all
accurate. If used in the goal of foiling the naked shorts in a plan its
is very valuable. The company will need several NOBOs for comparison.
Many other companies are trying different types of programs to force
the naked shorts to convert. Don't forget this is all new to all of us
and will be a work in progress for quite a while. Have faith in
management and support them and in time I believe we will be happy with
the results. This will not happen over night. This is a good company
and with all of our help we can make it a great company. Howardhaftel

I'm not sure how far this will go with good news but it has made huge jumps in the past, for now in at .0015 and out at .002 has been a good play over and over.
