Figure its time to start a new thread with the news released this morning. Possible run on the horizon with this. Especially if the rumour of 65% to 70% insider holdings are true.
Here is todays PR.
Summus Works Announces Special Board Meeting to Discuss Buyback of 20% of Issued and Outstanding Common Stock 8/7/2006
DENVER, CO, Aug 07, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Summus Works, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMMW) announced the Board of Directors will convene a special meeting to discuss a VVV proposal to buy back 20% of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock.
Management reemphasized its unwavering commitment to its VVV initiative to enhance shareholder value and affect the increase in the price per share necessary to facilitate pending and future mergers and acquisitions.
"While we are encouraged by marked progress on all business fronts and the Company's ever-increasing visibility, it remains our firm belief that SMMW's current share price doesn't adequately reflect the value and long term prospects of the company's businesses," said Summus Works President Dan Burgess.

Sounds like PRRM-Facts sold at .0001 to get his money back, and now knows he will be missing the boat.

Summus Works, Inc. Announces Launch of Jackson Hole, WY TV Station Tuesday August 8, 8:48 am ET
DENVER, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 8, 2006 -- Summus Works, Inc. (Other OTC:SMMW.PK - News) announced the Company's broadcast media division will launch its newest cable broadcast affiliate station Jackson Hole TV-66 in late September, 2006 under an agreement with cable provider Bresnan Communications. ADVERTISEMENT
Management also noted that division-wide systems integration including recently announced technology and network developments have positioned the broadcast media wing for strategic and explosive growth throughout other destination locations targeted by the Company through ongoing market analysis.
Jackson Hole has long been a high profile travel destination; legendary for its skiing, Jackson Hole Resort boasts the most vertical rise in the lower 48 states (4,139 feet), but with no income tax, the real estate market of Wyoming's Teton County -- and most notably Jackson Hole -- has experienced a huge surge since the nineties. Picked the "best state to establish residency" for seven years by Bloomberg's Wealth Manager, Teton County has ranked first or second among the nation's 3,140 counties in adjusted household income since 1999, according to the Internal Revenue Service. The county also ranks #1 in the U.S. regarding indicators of the dependence of the economy on construction. In 2004, real estate transactions topped a record $900 million compared to $700 million in 2000.

I still would think that, even with the 20% buyback, the float will be too large. It will still be about 48 billion shares. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. So I doubt it will move the price that much.
